Nicorette

Nicorette is a brand of quit-smoking products owned by Johnson & Johnson. The Nicorette product range includes gum, lozenges, and patches that all deliver nicotine to the body to help reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings associated with quitting smoking. Nicorette gum is available in multiple flavors and is designed to be chewed slowly over a period of time to provide a steady release of nicotine. The lozenges are similar to gum in that they are also designed to be slowly dissolved in the mouth over time. However, they are available in both mint and fruit flavors. The patches are applied directly to the skin and release nicotine into the body over the course of several hours. All three products are intended to be used as part of a quit-smoking plan that also includes behavioral counseling.
