Amazing micro needling device for the price point! Love the fact you easily adjust the needle length with a click of the dial depending the treatment area you are treating. Super easy to clean. Planning on buying again when the needles dull. Product insert says to change after 6-8 treatments. Compared to 500-1000 dollar professional micro needling treatments at the dermatologist’s office or med spa—this is perfect home maintenance for collagen stimulation and boosting. So happy I found this option!

Great value for the money. It is very effective in its intended use. Do be careful selecting a size as the further out the needles are the more pain you will experience. It’s super easy to clean, I just spray with alcohol, protrude the needles as much as they can and retract a few times. I then allow to air dry.

The media could not be loaded. I like this derma stamp because it's sturdy & the needles are sharp I also like that I have the option to make the needles longer or shorter depending on what area I'm doing it's easy to clean and durable I would purchase againSorry my camera was having a hard time focusing lol

The difference is immediately noticeable and my acne has calmed down significantly, I was VERY skeptical about this purchase. My scars are reduced. The sound, think sticking a pin into an apple, a bit unnerving and mildly painful but nothing as bad as tweezing your eyebrows or nose hair. Works great, perfect size for general use, though I wish they had a smaller stamp for smaller areas around the nose, it's not very good on contoured areas.

Adjustable needle length. Clean with alcohol before usage and wash with water then clean with alcohol after each usage. Microneedling works to improve skin appearance and help thicken hair when used with minoxidil. Low cost enough to replace every few months or so.

The 140 pin stamp was clean and caused no infection or left any pigmentation when stamped. I have already recommended it to my friends because it has erased some of the scar tissue. Low pain, great quality, and a great value.

This derma roller is alright at best, currently I'm using two different sizes for different purposes. The 1.5mm is being used for my scalp and it's not the greatest experience, the roller tangles with my hair even with careful use. Just keep that in mind if you're purchasing this for rolling your scalp.The second roller is 1.0mm and it's used for my face. Works wonders and I highly recommend it for that purpose.
