This Monesao Derma Stamp is great for getting your serums to penetrate more deeply into the skin. I used this derma stamp a few times a week to allow my serums to work better on my skin.The derma stamp comes with two cartridge heads. One cartridge head has 64 pins and the other cartridge head has 120 pins. The 64 pin cartridge head can be used for more targeted areas where you want a deeper more aggressive treatment. The 120 pin cartridge head is used more for an overall, gentler treatment.You can use the derma stamp on your face, scalp, or anywhere else on your body where you want stimulation. Using it on the face is supposed to stimulate collagen production. Using it on your scalp is supposed to stimulate hair follicles for hair growth. I mainly use this on my face.The derma stamp also has a rotating dial at the end so that you can select how far you want the pins to go out. This product does not come with directions which can be disappointing for new users, but you can look up videos online for instructionals. The Bolo product page also has some videos which are somewhat helpful.For the price, this is a good beginners derma stamp. I use this one when I want to quickly derma stamp my face. I already have a rechargeable micro dermabrasion tool that I use when doing longer, deeper, treatments, but I like to use this one during the week for shorter, quicker treatments and upkeep.

I use this product on my skin because I had some dark scarring I wanted to try to lighten up on my arm. Honestly it just made me itchy. In fact days later it's still itchy. I cleaned the tool before I used it I cleaned the area before I applied the derma tool and it's still just itchy days later so I don't know if I'll use this again because I'm just really itchy. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to the metal that the needles are made from but for me it hasn't been worth it because not only am I itchy at the spot where I poked myself I'm also itchy completely down that arm so I think I'm done with this tool. I can't think of a reason why it would just be so itchy and I don't think that if it's going to be this itchy the there's really a justification for me to keep using it. I'll just get some mederma.

This is a well-built microneedling stamp. It includes two heads as shown. The larger one comes pre-installed, and swapping them is straightforward. The pads feel soft but firm enough to hold the set depth as you press. Needle length adjusts smoothly with the dial at the top.A stamping tool offers a mechanical advantage over rollers: the needles enter and exit the skin perpendicular to the surface, avoiding the lateral drag that rollers create, especially at greater depths.In use, the stamp performs exactly as described. It is not, however, a casual device. Learn how to fit it into your routine, what skin products pair safely with it, and what outcomes are realistic.One point deserves emphasis. Typical home microneedling stays near 0.25 mm, which only touches the outermost skin layers and can be managed with clean technique and 70% isopropyl alcohol. This tool, however, can dial to 3 mm, very very far beyond cosmetic range. At depths over 0.5 mm, punctures reach living tissue and form open pathways for microbes and irritants. Such deep use I believe requires sterile, single-use heads and full sterile preparation, something normally reserved for professional settings.Even if you choose to go deeper than I feel is really safe, please also be aware that different body areas have different tolerances as well, even in professional settings.

This derma stamp is a total game changer. I literally saw results the next morning! I had been using a derma roller off and on for months but never really noticed any difference. It caused me a lot of pain, so I was excited to try this microneedling product by MONESAO.The first thing I liked about it is that the needles retract in and out, and you can easily adjust the depth of the needles by simply twisting the wand. It also comes with extra needles and a smaller dermastamp for targeting smaller areas.Using it was incredibly easy, and I couldn't believe I experienced no pain during or after the process. You can definitely feel the needles, but it's more targeted, and you have control over how deep you want to go, unlike a roller. After using it, I applied my serum and night cream, and when I woke up the next morning, my skin was glowing! I'm planning to use this regularly to boost collagen production in my skin, primarily for addressing large pores and improving firmness. I'm really excited about the results after just one use.Give it a try, and you'll see the results!

The media could not be loaded. first, i liked that it seemed to be in a sterile package. second, i’m no professional, but from what i’ve researched, this is basically a medical tool disguised as skincare. i used it on a low setting (0.5 mm), and it gave that light prickly feeling and mild redness that faded fast — the kind that helps serums absorb better and gives a temporary glow.what it won’t do at that depth is trigger real collagen production or reduce wrinkles and scars. that only happens with deeper, professional-level treatments. and since this tool goes up to 3 mm, that range is far too deep and risky for at-home use — you could easily cause infection or scarring if it’s not sterile.the heads should be single-use only, because once those needles touch skin, they’re contaminated. alcohol wipes aren’t enough to make them sterile again.overall, it’s fine for mild exfoliation and glow at low settings, but anything more belongs in a clinic, not your bathroom.
