This was a little difficult to put together with the tool provided and angles that you have to keep the pieces at but once it was done, it was perfect and added beauty and elegance to my new living room.

I’m giving this item 4 stars because overall I’m thrilled with it, just had a minor fit issue that kept it from being perfect. The design is great, materials feel solid, and it looks just as good in person as in the photos. Everything else about it has been smooth. My only gripe is that a couple of the screw holes didn’t line up exactly, and in tightening the screws I almost felt the threads strip. It was a little nerve-racking, but I managed to make it work without damage. I received the 4 Panel Foldable Fireplace Screen two weeks ago. It comes with 8 screen pieces, screws, rubber feet and a screwdriver. The directions were somewhat easy to follow but you have to pay attention to the orientation of each piece because you can install parts backwards. I like the size and look of this screen, it makes my fireplace look a little more stylish. The quality seems fine and seems like it will last, it also works well keeping the cats out of the fireplace. Overall it works well, looks good, and adds some style to a blank fireplace. I would have given it 4 stars if the hinges were all in the same direction instead of the middle hinges being inverted

The HEOMU fireplace screen (47.8” W x 31” H) is more than a fireplace screen! My wife wanted it as a temporary blockade around our small pet enclosure when our friend’s dog visits. Then she decided it could also work well to keep our own small dog on one side of the house. Because it’s a fireplace screen, it isn’t designed to withstand a big dog pushing against it, but for our purposes it works perfectly as a lightweight, standalone solution.Assembly was quick and easy - my wife appreciated that it came with a screwdriver, a spare screw of each size and an extra adjustable rubber foot, just in case it’s needed. It’s foldable, which makes it convenient to store, and while it’s not heavy, it still feels sturdy and well made.We’ve started calling it more of a “pet gate” or “portable pet barrier” than a fireplace screen, since that’s how we’re using it. Either way, it does the job well and we’re happy with it.
