Truffle salt is a finishing salt, not a table salt. The aroma lifts with heat and then fades, so add a pinch right at the end, after the pan comes off. Use a little more than you think you need the first time, then adjust. Two 5oz glass jars means one for the kitchen and one to keep sealed. Non-GMO, gluten free and vegan.
