Dietitian here! So, I love these brownies. I think they taste really good and the macros are fantastic. Soy protein is the protein it contains. Yes, it does have artificial coloring and some processed ingredients like palm kernel oil. But it’s a better choice than regular brownies! Recommend for a once in a while protein treat.

Flavor is ok, chocolate coating on top is moist and very sweet but the inside cake part itself is very dry. Good for the money, fills you, and sugar is relatively low. Calories are a little high though. Also might be too sweet

great amount of protein 7/10, very chalky and not the greatest taste. 4/10- had really great expectations love other fit crunch products but these were not my favorite.

I was very disappointed in these. I had high hopes since the FitCrunch bars are pretty good but these had a serious after taste that I didn't enjoy at all. I don't know what component had the after taste- the brownie, the frosting, or the confetti sprinkles- but it was not good.

When I first tried these, I wasn't super impressed with the aesthetic of the brownie as it looked pretty melty and the sprinkles on top were sometimes just completely melted over. As for the most important part - the taste; I wasn't thrilled at first, but by the time I had my second brownie, I had started actually craving them in the mornings. There's a strong protein powder taste to these, but I was surprised how good these are overall with the lack of sugar, and being gluten free as well. If you like the "fake" cosmic brownie taste and texture like me, you'll most likely like it as well.So why not 5 stars? Well, honestly...that price tag is pretty brutal. $16.99 for 8 smallish brownies ($2.12 per brownie) isn't exactly a value king. I would eat these for breakfast on my work days so it only lasted about a week and a half for me and I, and I'd imagine most others, can't justify ordering these about 3 times a month and spending $600+ a year for, let's face it, a snack-sized treat. BUT, overall, if you can justify the spending costs and like that fakey, cosmic brownie taste, these aren't bad tasting for some protein intake. I ran out of these a few weeks ago now and I'm actually craving the taste of these just writing about them.
