The face plate is so pockmarked looks like the surface of the moon now.So anyway, I went online to look for another watch at a similar price point. I don't need anything fancy, just something to count my steps, tell the time, and vibrate when notifications come in. My old one was a bit laggy and lacked alot of convenience features. It also didn't stay connected to the app very well. Because of that, my bar for a new one was set pretty low. I found this one and liked the fact that it was about half the width of my old one so I decided to check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised.First off, no lag. It turns on immediately any time I turn my wrist to look at it. It also counts my steps way more accurately than my old one. The Heart Rate, BP, and Sleep monitors all seem to be working correctly. The battery life is also better than my old one which is weird because it's half the size of the old one (shrug). I have it set to use the detailed sleep monitor which uses more power overnight and I can still go 3 days between charges. The band is comfortable, nothing spectacular but I do like the way it tucks the extra bit under itself instead of it flapping around.

For the price this is really an impressive watch. With all the different features it has it defintely stands up to some of the more well known smart watches that I have owned in the past. If you'e looking for a decent fitness watch but don't want to spend hundreds this is the watch for you! I've struggled with blood pressure and love that I can get what seems to be an accurate read out. It easily connects with your phone so you can get notifications which is handy. The app isn't great but it gets the job done. Battery life is long lasting! Has stayed charged for over a week at a time. Really like this watch highly recommend!

Good deal compared to the F!+bit watch. Much more affordable, does the same stuff. The other aforementioned one was great when you could compete against friends, but apparently everyone deserves a ribbon these days...so they stopped that....smh. So get this, it's much cheaper and does the same things.

I love the fact that the FITVII HM18 tracks my sleep! It's been interesting to see how much deep sleep I actually get each night. The heart rate monitor is helpful too, especially during workouts. It's nudged me to push myself a bit further while still staying safe. Overall, it's a great little tracker that's helped me be more mindful of my health and fitness goals.
