1) I could have bought 5 Vicks inhalers for the price of this!2) It DOES NOT smell like spearmint, NO sweetness at all.3) Smells like a strong medication!4) Pictures are DECEIVING. Should not show a person placing this device to their mouth.5) The device itself seems to be of nice quality and hasn't fell apart after 2 days of use, however I'm not very active person.6) I will be searching for other more pleasurable scented inserts or wait until this one is depleted and add my own scented oil.

Cap literally unscrews so easily its not functional as a necklace. I noticed the first day I was wearing it and tried screwing it tight but it kept loosening. Two days in I’ve got no top to it so its purpose is not super useful

Okay, I can understand both sides of the reviews on this thing as I have been wearing mine daily for about a week now. The short and sweet is that I do like it's functionality as a necklace and as a quick little oral fixation piece.The Nit and Gritty: It works and does what it is supposed to do. The necklace is actually quite nice and the perfect length to fit over my head without having to undo the clasp every time and it has held up to me taking it off and on that way, numerous times over the past week. As far as the flavor of the oil, I'm not a huge fan. I understand why people would want a flavor or something like "mint" to help with their oral fixation but it's just not for me. I had the same issues with the bottom piece unscrewing every so slightly while wearing the necklace but you can just easily screw it back on, (mine never like fell off).4 Stars: I didn't go into this expecting a necklace to prevent me from smoking / vaping. This isn't going to do that. It might help you hit the vape less during the day if you use this every now and then but this isn't going to replace or make you feel the same way.

So let me begin by saying I am an ex-smoker of 40 years. I have not had a traditional cigarette since 2022. However, I turned to vaping to quit the cigarettes and it worked. Then this year I decided to walk away from the vape. Believe me, it can be just as hard, but I am a month into the quit and doing good, but when I saw this I thought what a cleaver way to mimic smoking but not actually vaping or smoking. So I decided to give it a try. My honest evaluation is this: it won't help if you are a diehard smoker. You're not really inhaling anything and of course there is no smoke. With these you put it to your mouth but you breathe as normal and yes it does smell and give the sensation of spearmint. But its in through the nose, out from the mouth. Smokers like to inhale by mouth, exhale by mouth or nose. Spearmint is not a smoker's flavor so to speak. Menthol yes, spearmint, no and this is especially true when you are quitting. Its a reminder that this just is not it. It does give the hand to mouth gesture and that was satisfying. So I can't recommend for a true smoker trying to quit. I do think it is great for a quitter or non smoker as a grown folks pacifier. And in that regards, its excellent.

Poorly made. Cores are flavorless in 48 hours. Device falls apart when worn as necklace so chain is useless.
