So I absolutely like the feel of this breathing tool there are some of them that make it restrictive and it gives me the panic sensation this specific variety did not, I like the fact that I can have a little mintiness to it I did put a core in and it was very strong so I only left it in the tool for like 5 minutes took it out and put it back in its bag and sealed it out however I still have that spearmint oil so it's just enough I don't want to be overwhelmed with it it's absolutely perfect for what I need.In my moments where I'm feeling anxiety or stress or panic this this is a great tool. I know this is still new to me so it's going to be a healthy habit for me I'm not a smoker so I'm not needing it to help me quit smoking so that's a good thing.I do like the fact that there's that little bit of a mint to it and it just helps me relax my breathing before I have to take a medication too to slow myself down it's very helpful for me.I will definitely update you as I use it more and it becomes more a habit to be mindful of my breathing. I like the idea not surviving on a chemical drug to help me.

This is beyond a horrible taste from the stick and fumes of the actual product when inhaled. I can’t even get the taste of the chemicals out of my mouth.

I was hoping to use this as stop smoking aid however its very strong and leaves behind an undesirable after taste. I'm thinking if I cut the filter down a little maybe it wouldn't be so strong but idk. It's made of high quality and the concept is good but its a bit much for me.

I quit vaping several months ago and started just using nic pouches. The first few weeks I was grabbing my pockets for my ghost vape, as I called it. After those few weeks I stopped grabbing for the vape, but had a very intense urge to “hit” something, anything. I would put my hand in a fist and pretend to hit my hand like a vape (lol) and that was helpful, believe it or not. I chose this so I didn’t need to use my hand anymore. The spearmint sticks are pretty minty and have a menthol effect, but I prefer to use the tool by itself. It “hits” really well, without the inserts. Feels like a real vape and satisfies my brain. It really truly is helpful. So if you’re struggling with anything I mentioned above, give this a try, even if you don’t use the inserts. I like that it includes a metal necklace also. It feels well made with quality materials.

This is a great little breathing device. I ordered it to try to cut down on smoking, and I appreciate the slight minty flavor. It comes on a cute beaded chain, so it's easy to wear under your shirt, so it's close at hand when the urge strikes me. I will probably try using it to calm, too. It's easy to use, looks cool, and convenient, and I am very likely to buy it in the future.
