I bought this for my wife. The processor is fast, the memory is great, the features and everything about it is perfect. I have zero complaints other than the fact that my wife has a computer that is better than mine.

Good machine. I like the feel of the keys and the trackpad. Fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button was a slick touch. It's plenty capable as equipped for my needs.However, I agree with others. The screen is probably the worst I've had in a laptop. Even after adjusting gamma settings, everything looks kind of bleached. I've been looking for ways to adjust contrast and saturation and have yet to find one.I don't think I'll buy another laptop online again after this - I'll need to see it in the store first.

The laptop arrived even a day earlier. For some reason, there was a label on the box with the wrong description. Like we ordered 2TB ssd and 40GB ram, but on the label it was 512 ssd and 16 ram. Fortunately, the real ssd and ram were as we ordered. So it was just a confusing label.The second problem was with Windows 11. The taskbar and start button were broken completely, I've tried to repair them with advice from the internet. But the only option that worked for me was to reset Windows. Works fine for now.

They must have “ghost” shipped this product. I never received it. All they need to do is call and fix this and I would give them five stars. The computer specked out great.

You have no ability to adjust the screen contrast, no access to the graphics card. The contrast "themes" you're given don't address the matter.I would not have bought this laptop had I known this. I didn't think to assume you might not be able to set your screen more specifically. Brightness AND contrast doesn't seem like too much to ask.It's fine otherwise (3 stars off for the screen). You'll have to get lucky in order for the screen to be comfortable to your eye.
