This was a serendipitous purchase. Spending $1k on a wheelchair with no frame of reference was, to be candid, a bit of a risk, however it's proven itself invaluable.It gives the impression of having been designed by someone who actually used it.- It took no more than 15 minutes to unpack and "assemble", and everything was straightforward. The only minor frustration was waiting 10-12 hours for the recommended first battery charge.- It's delightfully easy to drive: the joystick control is easy to operate; the small number of other buttons, the light etc. all readily accessible and intuitive. The padding is a little on the thin side, so if the rider is underweight (as might be the case for some wasting diseases) a seat cushion at least would be recommended.- The recline feature is an excellent addition to help distribute weight when stationary for extended periods.- The engage/disengage levers on the motors are straightforward, and — once you find it — the lever to fold the chair very convenient.- It's chonky, but it's not too too (sic) heavy or unwieldy to be lifted by one person into a vehicle for transport.- It seems sturdy enough, and has coped with all the surfaces and inclines it's faced so far.Without any experience with others it's impossible to do a comparative assessment, but per introduction it's been truly excellent.

The wheelchair is a decent product, and most of the details are correct. After unfolding and re-folding a few times to kinda break it in a little it works like a champ.It's super lightweight and setup is a breeze, and it comes out of the box ready to roll. You have to cut some of the packing stuff off the frame parts and install the joystick after unfolding the chair, and installing the little wheels that help it stand upright after folding. The battery comes out easily and is fully changed. Although it comes with a card to show how it works, you have to be intuitive. Pretty easy to use, but the joystick is sensitive so you have to start out slow until you get the hang of it. I took it on a 3 mile drive with a fully charged battery without a drop of power and speed even going up a long hill. However, I am a small person who is only 5'8" tall, so a 6 footer with long legs might have trouble getting comfortable. The battery can be charged in the chair or pulled out of the chair, and charged inside while leaving the chair in the car. Fast charging as well and the charger is very small and light. It also has a little tool kit for the nuts and bolts and a little allen wrench.

excellent excellent excellent... exactly what my folks were looking for. controls take a bit of getting used to but my mum has mobility in and around grocery and malls. Solid build and battery is holding up well.

Good and lightweight. Just need a way to lock wheels so chair doesn’t move when trying to get on it. Total paralysis on left side and can’t lock left wheel manually.

I really like this, as it folds up small enough to fit in the back of my Venue. The chair has great speed & turning radius, but sketchy on unperfect surfaces. Not for off road.

Chair had no power. It said 330 pounds but I only weighed 145 pounds and it couldn’t even go over a small bump. Cost over a $150 for return shipping.

My son has a little trouble (Just learning) to control it. The Control can be a little wonky at times.It handles hills like a champ. We went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo yesterday, which is extremely hilly, and it didn't have any problems. You do have to adjust the power output on steeper hills though.I tried getting a Assistant Controller so I don't have to walk beside the chair when I need to control it but the company says they currently don't have one, and the ones you can get for similar controllers is just recognized as a charger.Folds up easy, and stores easily at home. Fits in the care perfectly.They do need to create/provide accessories for it such as a cup holder, Umbrella mount (currently the ones on the market can only go around the rubber wrap on the back, and do not stay in place). Since the construction of the arms is not typical for a wheelchair, other accessories like pouches don't work either.FOR THE PRICE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chair.
