I have taken magnesium for most headaches for years now and this one works SO FAST! if i take an extra one ill even get some decent sleep! one of THE BEST supplements I have found online. $20 or less for a 30 day supply is about right for a supplement however this one just works so quickly, I can't explain why, if you already take magnesium you will see a difference in this formula.

This product is not third party tested, but it does claim to be non-GMO. There are many different types of magnesium. I think getting any of the types in your system is going to probably be beneficial, as I've read that most people are magnesium deficient. I take my magnesium at night to help me sleep. (I take this, and also magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide.) Not only does this magnesium help me sleep more soundly, but it also helps curb the muscle spasms I sometimes get in the back of my legs. I'm giving it 4 stars only because it's not third party tested and also you have to swallow 3 pills to get the full dose, which is a lot when you're also taking other supplements at the same time.

So this is a well-designed vitamin product. The bottle contains 90 capsules, enough for 30 days supply.The prices seems reasonable for a good quality magnesium supplement.

This magnesium supplement comes in standard size capsule form, has no taste or smell and is easy to swallow. A serving size is 3 capsules and there are 30 servings in the bottle. The bottle is a dark amber plastic. The capsules contain fillers.I tried to do some research into this company to see whether their products are 3rd party tested and while their website didn’t say anything about it, AI found some other product listings that indicate that their products are 3rd party tested. Also, it says their products are formulated in the US but AI found instances where it said their products were made in the USA. So take that how you will. I personally like more clear communication and transparency around testing and manufacturing practices in a supplement company, hence the reason for the lower rating.Expiration date for the bottle I received is 5/27.

Each of these capsules contains only 100 mg of Magnesium, so you need to take 3 of them to get to 71% of the recommended daily value. This is only a 30-days supply at 66 cents per day.And the dose of B6 is 14 times the recommended dose, so your body will simply flush all the extra.For $20, this is unacceptable.I can buy 300 respected brand Nature Made 250 mg tablets for $9.98 at Walmart. That's a 300-day supply at 3.3 cents each.So, obviously, this Nobi Nutrition stuff is not a good deal whatsoever. And the manufacturer and country of origin are unknown.⭐️1 star — I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars — I don't recommend it: has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars — It's passable: it has some faults, but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars — Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars — Product that I totally recommend.
