These seat cushions are perfect. Anti slip works! No more worry about our small dog jumping up and sliding off the other side. Enough cushion to be comfortable having a meal at the table. A little hard to get the foam into the cover. I am hoping that in time it will settle down and fill the cover correctly. I would buy these chair cushions again.

I have stools on my kitchen dining table for breakfast and informal dining. It had cotton filled red cushions but it became kind of hard and soiled after a long service. It was not washable; therefore, it needed to be replaced. When I came across these 4 cushions with foam pads and washable covers, I thought it would be ideal for my application.It came tight-rolled vacuum sealed and it expanded rapidly upon opening the vacuum seal. The covers are rather wrinkled heavily, but once the foam pads are inserted it didn’t look too bad. It will hopefully iron itself out after a while. It needs a bit of efforts insert the foam padding into the zippered cushion covers. Just fold the padding and zipper it, then the pull the edges to form it to the contour line of the covers. Zippers move smooth and all stitch works seem good as well.The covers are two-sided, once side is black anti-slip dots and seating side is like a coarse linen type which I think would feel cool upon sitting. These cushions have ties that can be tied to the back of chair to prevent from moving.Th foam padding is more like high density sponge rather than a memory foam seemingly indicated on the description photo, and it just flattens right to the chair. It does provide cushioning somewhat, but not much in my opinion.These cushions are designed mainly for the dining room chairs; therefore, it’s a little bit larger for the stool chairs. However, I think this is an improvement over my previous cushions.I liked these cushion covers for cool linen type fabric (particularly good during warm seasons), washable covers, hidden zippers that won’t scratch the chairs, and most of all, the price of the set of four under $30.00.

These 4 cushions can be used over existing chair pads, or, by removing the existing padding from the chair so only the board is left, they can be the main pad for a chair. Both ways of using these were comfortable to me. The pads are a good size and fit well on all the chairs I tried them on. The surface material is a sturdy upholstery fabric, with some interest to the weave pattern. Below that is a black felt layer. On the bottom is a surface with closely-spaced (about 5mm apart) rubbery hemispheres which grip the surface below well and do not allow the cushion to slide easily.These pads are not waterproof or water-resistant at all. A small splash instantly wet the outer layer and after a second or two the inner layer was also penetrated. The foam absorbs water like a sponge. Probably not for use in the kitchen. A water spill on these cushions is not a catastrophe, however: The cover unzips easily, the foam can be wrung out, and the rest can be dried in a dryer or in front of a fan if your air isn't too humid.I really liked the ability to unzip the cushion, remove the foam, and launder the outer layer.A nice feature if you're going atop an existing cushion is the double tie string in each rear corner. These make it easy to tie the cushion in place, and with the non-slip rubber on the bottom there is very little sliding around.The cushions came with directions how to decompress and assemble them. This was easy and only took a few minutes. I did learn that for best results I had to tuck the lower (from my perspective) corners of the foam pad "inside" the seams so the seams would be around the edges of the cushion top, not a rim around the top (which would be less comfortable.)

I ordered the Ruqmuis Chair Cushions for our mixed antique kitchen chairs which have both caned and solid seats. The pads that I have been using on the chairs for years are nowhere near as plush as these cushions; the sighs of contentment when we first sat down on these new cushions were audible around the table.I was quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of these chair cushions. Two cushions and two covers come vacuum-packed in each plastic bag. The cushions inflated to their full size immediately upon taking them out of the plastic. The sturdy covers, which feel like cotton duck, could use a little pressing but I think their wrinkles will smooth out over time. They actually have a more saturated color than the heathered color portrayed in the listing.The covers zip around the front of the cushion under a fabric lip so they are not visible and there is no chance of them scratching the backs or seats of the chairs. The zippers cannot be felt against one’s legs either. The underside of each cover is black with non-skid dots to prevent slipping on slick seats. I was initially disappointed that I could not flip the cushions over but not having the cushion move as I slide in and out of the chair is well worth it. The covers also have two ties at each back corner to secure the cushion to the chair.I appreciate that these cushions are machine washable and dryable on a cool setting; I do not anticipate them shrinking given their 100% polyester content. They are a perfect fit for chairs that take a D-shaped square cushion. They are a great buy considering they come with the foam too and not just the covers. The Ruqmuis Chair Cushions have upgraded not just the style of our kitchen chairs but also the comfort for which my spine and tailbone are most grateful.
