No apps, no noise, no weird side effects just simple functionality that actually delivers. The adhesive is strong enough to last all night (even when I toss and turn), but still gentle on my skin. I regret wasting my money on these so-called "extra strength" nasal strips. They didn't stop my snoring at all—my partner said it was just as loud as ever. The adhesive is terrible; the strips either fall off after an hour or irritate my skin so much that I have to peel them off myself.They're also uncomfortably stiff and don’t conform well to the nose, making it hard to breathe naturally. For something marketed as improving sleep and workout performance, they did absolutely nothing.Save yourself the disappointment—these are cheap, ineffective, and not worth buying.

I bought these strips from my husband because he used to snore a lot and he also woke up feeling tired. Since he started using them, snoring has decreased greatly and he himself says he breathes better through his nose all night. The adhesion is strong, they do not detach even if you move asleep, and they do not bother your skin. He even used them before training and says he notices better breathing. There are already several quiet nights for both of them, so we will definitely continue to buy them.

Son súper fáciles de usar: solo limpias bien la nariz, te las colocas antes de dormir y listo.La diferencia se nota especialmente si sueles despertarte con la nariz tapada o si roncas.
