(I bought the upgraded version)As many others mentioned, the rear fender arrived bent because of packaging, but you just bend it back down and tighten the screw. Fender looks pristine after 30 seconds of fiddling with it.Battery life is exceptional, but if you're a heavier dude and you're using the sport mode, don't except 27 miles out of it. I traveled in sport mode for about 3.5 miles last night, and it only dropped to like 70%. That's incredible considering my weight and using sport mode. It'll certainly be good for me to go short distances like work, store, friend's house, etc.I connected to Bluetooth and cranked the torque all the way up. Very surprising! This thing really gets up and goes. Very powerful. And even me at 310 lbs, well over the weight capacity, I can still get up to like 22mph on flat ground. Very fast!Construction is incredibly sturdy. Very nice build quality and material quality. Looks very sleek.Super easy to put together. Unfold the handlebars, tighten any bolts, attach the basket, attach the seat, air up the tires, and you're done.Phone holder with included charging capability is truly pathetic, takes forever to open and close it, and it is incredibly flimsy, but it doesn't really matter. I'll find a connector for it and Jerry rig charging with a normal phone holder. Not enough to drop down to 4 stars. I spent 500 on the scooter, not a phone holder. Wasn't even expecting one.Included lock is great to see, but I would recommend eventually getting a higher quality one. The main locking mechanism is made from plastic, but the cord itself is steel. Great for keeping honest people honest, but I wouldn't trust it in a big city. Could break it open in seconds.This thing is SUPER fun, and cool!Everything on it works pretty well, but the app is a slight bit janky, failing to communicate with the scooter at times, but again, not even close to a big deal. I increased the torque, and that's all I wanted to do with the app. Nothing left for me to do except ride it and enjoy it.I'm not sure if this is just how it's supposed to be, or if I'm supposed to tighten the brake cables, but when braking, it's like the calipers grip the disc half the time, the brakes feel lumpy, but they still work very well. Can stop on a dime, even with my weight.It shipped very quickly after I purchased, and arrived the very day it said it would.The manual has so, so many mistakes, missing spaces, misspelt words, bad grammar, but, it's actually pretty easy to understand, and it reads more like someone actually talking to you than a robot explaining functionality, saying things like "you can do this, but I would recommend doing this". Created connection, which helped me to read it and understand it.Will update my review in 3 months.

I bought this electric scooter few days a ago and have been using it almost daily and I absolutely love it! The build quality is solid, and it feels really sturdy even when riding over rougher pavement. The battery life is impressive I can go several days on a single charge with moderate use.It’s quick to accelerate, handles well, and the brakes are responsive and smooth. I also appreciate how portable it is folds up easily and fits in the trunk of my car. Great for commuting short distances or just having fun around the neighborhood.Overall, this e-scooter exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the money. I’ve tried a few scooters before, but this one is by far the best value. The 500W motor is powerful and gives me the speed I need to keep up with traffic. I’ve gotten up to 27 miles on a single charge, which is way more than I expected. It folds up so easily for storage, and the dual braking system adds an extra layer of safety. Plus, it’s a smooth, comfortable ride. Totally recommend this scooter if you want an affordable yet high-quality e-scooter.

I ordered 2 of these scooters. They are really nice and were able to put them together easily. However 1 scooters headlight doesn't work. I reached out to the company and haven't heard anything for a month. Disappointed in their customer support.We do like the scooter and sucks that one is broken but we can't replace it.
