If you're looking for an electric bike that delivers on both performance and customer support, look no further.First off, the bike itself is a dream. The build quality is solid—sturdy frame, smooth ride, and a battery that actually lasts as advertised (which is rare these days). The motor has just the right amount of power, making hills feel effortless and long rides super enjoyable. I’ve put a ton of miles on it already, and it still rides like new.Now, let’s talk about customer service. Honestly, this is where [Brand Name] blew me away. I had a small issue with the charger when I first got the bike, so I reached out to their support team. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also sent me a replacement ASAP—no hassle, no runaround as well a little refund! They genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find.If you’re on the fence about getting an e-bike, I highly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny, and knowing the company stands behind their product makes it even better. Five stars all the way!

Great product. It was easy to put together.. it’s pretty zippy. I bought this because it can fold. It’s solid and doesn’t feel cheap. I put it together and rode off to the sunset. Very addicting and fun.

Was skeptical with how this bike would be..but to my surprise I am very happy with it. It came well padded and packed all the way from California to New England. To put it together took 15 minutes..add seat post insert front tire and pop in handle bars and pedals that's it. I charged the battery and ready to ride. This bike is fast! I love it. Going to order a mirror and cup holder. Bike is sturdy bit heavier than others but I like ruggedness!

Fun, fun, fun to ride. I'm enjoying this bike tremendously despite a few hiccups.Easy to assemble, high quality construction. All required tools are in the box. Advanced hyraulic brakes and Shimano derailleur. Effective front suspension really smooths out the ride. LCD is (just barely) readable in sunlight if viewed at a direct angle. Seat and handlebar height settings easily adjustable with quick release levers. Folds fairly easily and truly takes up half the space when folded. More than fast enough for my taste, 20mph or so on full throttle over level ground, faster using pedal assist at highest setting and top gear. (FYI despite specs on product page, there is no front derailleur, only a single front gear).My limited trial of the bike's true range on a full charge is just under 40 miles over partly hilly terrain with liberal use of full electric mode. Not too shabby for those conditions.On the negative side,-the bike seems really heavy to me at a published weight of 72lbs, including battery. Because of this, I find it difficult to get it started as you would a traditional bike. I have to straddle the bike and give it a little boost with the throttle to get it moving. Mounting it horesback style by placing one foot on the pedal and swinging the other over doesn't work at all for me and can be dangerous if you forget to disable pedal assist. I took a small spill because the motor engaged and the bike got away from me while I was trying to mount it.-the gear ratios seem to be mismatched with the capabilities of the motor. Once pedal assist kicks in, there is no resistance at all to the pedals. Pedalling serves only to keep the motor running, not propel the the bike directly. I don't have any previous experience with e-bikes, so for all I know that's the nature of the beast. You can pedal really fast for aerobic exercise, but for working your muscles you need to use classic cycle mode.-the control panel is a little hard to see and use while cycling. The buttons are small and require significant pressure to engage. The viewing angle for the display is very limiting and I wish it were brighter.Customer service has been great. Communication is fast and responsive. Any issues I have had were promptly resolved.I chose the step over model for its appearance. If I were to purchase another, I would get the step-through style for easier mounting. Although I would certainly consider a lighter bike, I would have no qualms about buying another Cybervelo for my wife if she decides to join me on my excursions. The price is a good one given the advanced features of the bike.

Bike was delivered ahead of schedule. Arrived in a sturdy packing box. All components were in good condition with no signs of damage. Came mostly assembled and the few steps for assembly completion were easy.After my first few rides I noticed some rattling had developed. Discovered that I had lost a screw that secured the front fender to the fork of the frame. I emailed their company customer service site and promptly received an email from Emily who helped me resolve the issue.This bike rides great and is easy to tweak the peddle assist and gear shift mechanisms. I’ve already put over 130 miles on it and like it better every time I ride it. Excellent quality and value for the price!Larry C.

Fast and very practical. Assembly was easy. Folds up small enough to easily fit in a trunk or closet. The rear cargo rack is well-designed.

I got the black one and It is great. I'm a teenager and wanted something that goes fast and it reaches 32mph no problem fully charged and goes around 28mph when less battery life. Im 6'2 and I fit it so it can really fit anybody since it adjusts. The seat is very comfortable. The material is good and the bike feels secure. Overall the price for this bike is incredible. Anyone who doesn't want to spend too much but want to have fun riding around I would recommend. Plus the charging is nice and it doesnt take more than a few hours.(this is my son's review)
