I’d bought the deep water surge serum and it didn’t quite work for me due to the masky film it left - not great for me, someone with mature skin who likes to layer. I was so impressed with the ingredients though, I gave this less occlusive cream version a try, and this cream is so, so good. It’s perfect for my naturally dry skin and for stacking products (I have a maniacal routine including actives / bioactives). This leaves my skin super hydrated and soft, without the stickiness or masky quality, which is better for my skin - and works great for morning as a final layer before tinted spf or bb cream, and works great at night as a super hydrating layer before ceramide ‘sealant’. It’s even really nice on its own when I need to throw on only one or two products in a hurry. This is a great quality cream, top notch ingredients, soothing, no scent and a good value, especially if you can stock up when on sale / prime day. I use it morning and night, and have a subscription since it’s become a versatile staple in my routine.

I have slowly been integrating this into my face care routine. I have sensitive skin, so I have to be careful about what I put on my face. Happily, I have had no negative reactions to this cream. Basically odorless. It absorbs quickly. I'm not sure how effective it is, but it's had no negative impact on me!

My review is for the Deep Water Surge Soothing Cream, 2.70 fl oz, with Hyaluronic Acid, Cica PDRN and CeramideArencia has turned out to be a total favorite skincare brand in my household. This one did NOT disappoint.However, I have to be honest that this product’s texture was not at all what I had expected. I was thinking that this was going to be one of those non-creamy gel/water Feeling products (closer to serum than a body lotion texture if that helps). Instead, this is something that is QUITE thick. The “deep water” part of the name is why I thought that however I would call this maybe a cream? It kind of defies accurate description from my brain, so maybe their name isn’t so far off after all! Thanks to this thick texture, a little goes a long ways and it’ll last you a long time I think! It also comes with a little spatula to help dispense, and that has a built-in space on the inner lid to stay put and not get lost. BRILLIANTI absolutely LOVE trying new cosmetic products! However, I do have to be a bit careful with them, as I have relatively sensitive skin. I am happy to report that this particular product did NOT cause me any worsening skin sensitivities (but of course, as with all new cosmetic products, make sure to test on a small area of skin prior to applying to your entire face/body!!).Money-Saving TIP: Arencia seems to always be running various specials on their products, so make sure you find and apply any coupons to save even more on this already reasonably-priced South Korean skincare item!Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this product, especially at the sub-$20 price with current coupon/specials!

I absolutely love the Deep Water Surge Soothing Cream! It’s incredibly hydrating and feels like a drink of water for my skin. The texture is rich but lightweight — it melts right in upon application without any greasy residue. My dry spots disappeared after just a couple of uses, and my skin feels so soft and calm. It layers beautifully under makeup, making it a perfect part of both my morning and night routines. With ingredients like hyaluronic acid, cica PDRN, and ceramide, it not only hydrates but also strengthens and soothes the skin barrier. If you struggle with dryness or sensitivity, this is a game-changer. Highly recommend!

The cream is excellent quality and has no distinguishable scent. It melts easily when placed in your palm and seems to really balance out the dry spots and oily spots. I'm in my 30s and still get acne on occasion and this cream seems to take the current blemish I have and really reduces it down in redness and appearance. The cream doesn't leave much of a residual feeling and doesn't feel dry and crackly once it is absorbed, which takes almost no time at all. I'd say it does make the skin on my face look more refreshed and my skin has a bit of a matte glow to it. My skin feels nice and smooth and definitely feels more hydrated, Effective and recommended!

The lotion is a thick texture but goes on my face lightweight, not greasy. It soaks into the skin quickly. It has no scent. It has a little spoon to dispense the lotion. This makes a nice summer daytime lotion when my skin does not need such an intense heavy cream.

I've been trying various products from this brand for a while now and I have yet to come across one that disappoints. This cream is blessedly unscented, totally lightweight, and soaks into the skin almost instantly. It is non-greasy and works well under make up. I really like that there is nearly 3 oz of product in the jar -- but as usual am frustrated that the jar can hold 3 oz but only 2.70 oz are in the container. (Just give us the full 3 oz already!) I found that I prefer other creams that are heavier for night use (before bed), but this one is a great day-time moisturizer.

Locks in the moisture and kept my skin feeling hydrated for most of the day. It is virtually fragrance free and the ingredients do not irritate my skin whatsoever. It applies smoothly and not greasy at all. I have a combo of oily/dry skin and it works for me. I prefer to wear it all day and opt for a heavier type of facial moisturizer at night. A good value.
