I got the Lake Blue, which is a beautiful turquoise color. I love it! The fabric is very soft, high quality velvet. It is velvet inside and outside. The tassels are removable. You can re-place them easily. They are like safety pins. I really like where mine are placed already. They are at earring level, so they look like earrings, unlike what you see in the page photos, which show them placed closer to eye level. Whichever way your turban arrives, you know you can place them where you prefer. This turban is perfect for any gypsy costume. But the quality of it is so good that you could actually wear this turban as a fashion accessory, for church, or any other similar occasion. The price is reasonable, considering the fine quality.

Are you looking for a way to really "jazz up" your tarot card reading game? Perhaps you want to get into the exciting world of providing psychic readings with a traveling carnival or circus? Well, you don't need a crystal ball to find the absolute PERFECT hat for your newly chosen profession (or hobbies)!This velvet, beaded hat is everything you need to come across as the most convincing clairvoyant in a 10 mile radius. And the kicker? It really IS a beautiful hat. The deep color and the luxurious velvet topped off with the beaded tassels is real knock-out.My one and only gripe with the hat is that it IS rather large for a ladies hat- it's very roomy on me, and it took a lot of trial and error (& bobby pins) to get it to fit right.With that said, I think this hat is a gorgeous addition to a costume or even to the wardrobe of your run of the mill "eccentric."8/10 would recommend.

I don't know why I had to have this hat. There is just something about it I couldn't resist.It will make a great gypsy hat for a costume.The hat is incredibly comfortable, and it's cute as well.I love the green velvet.It's a good price point for the quality and design. Recommended.

This velvety hat has a very comfortable snug fit. It works as both a turban and a cloche. It is warm enough for winter wear. I like the deep gem tones, colorful- a good alternative to black and there is an option for black also. The removable tassels are a nice touch.

I get it- turbans aren't for everyone, but they should be for more people than they currently are, because they are a very cool accessory. If you're looking at this review, you either want to hide messy hair on a regular basis (no judgment!) or you already know how pretty the right turban can be. This one is velvet and comes with a pair of detachable tassels. Unfortunately, I found the tassels to be attached to a cheap looking chain and pin, so I won't be using those, which is a pity as they could look pretty amazing if only the chain/pin didn't detract so much from them. But even without the tassels, this turban is made of a soft, velvety fabric and is gathered in such a way as to be quite flattering. The color is a rich turquoise shade of blue and looks just right with any color hair. I would wash this is a mesh bag to protect the fabric but I don't think it requires hand washing. The fabric isn't itchy but it is quite stretchy, so will fit your head even if you wear larger sized hats. Very versatile accessory.

I love this so much! It is beautiful! The shade of red is so vibrant. The material is thick and good quality, and I love the hassles! The turban is also very soft and comfortable.
