I loved this but couldn't get it to work.If you have 5G, it will not program.I called a tech guy and my cable company.I would have to pay for an additional wifi network and log in every time I want to use it.Im giving five stars because the seller immediately gave me a full refund without making me wait.I love customer service these days.

We received this as a housewarming gift and we love it! We have two cats and it helps tremendously with the daily cleaning. I also really like the app, it was very easy to connect and makes using the robot very simple. The only issue with its functionality is that it occasionally wedges itself under furniture or climbs onto a memory foam floor mat and can’t get down, so it needs human intervention every now and then. We also had an issue with the battery and had to contact customer service, but they were quick to respond and willing to send us a replacement outside of the warranty period!

We’ve used it about three times and the amount of dust it’s gathered is insane. It also picks up little bits of fluff too if you have dogs that like tearing up their toys. It’s been very good with pet fur, our dogs have think short hair so it gets everywhere. It has gone near our stairs and not down them so the sensors work well. Set up is easy.

The system is not very intuitive and keeps bumping into things . It’s also hard to manage maps and split house into zone. Lastly, the mop function is not that great and doesn’t clean my house very well. Unfortunately, I am out of time to return otherwise, I would have returned it.

Hey there! I wanted to share my experience with this automated vacuum cleaner that I recently tried. It was my first foray into the world of automated vacuum systems, and I was quite excited about the potential time-saving benefits. Unfortunately, I didn't get the results I hoped for.The vacuum keeps getting stuck on the same furniture legs over and over again, which is rather frustrating. It also has a habit of attempting to climb over any shoes left out, which doesn't bode well for a smooth cleaning session. While the mopping feature is a nice touch, it seems to have a penchant for mopping my carpet. The vacuum frequently stops and starts when it encounters carpeted areas.Additionally, it doesn't seem to pick up debris very effectively on solid surfaces. I find myself sweeping before the vacuum can mop the hard surface areas. There's also a noticeable gap, about two inches, between my trim and where the cleaner sweeps and mops. To top it off, I didn't realize until setting it up that the debris container doesn't self-empty—only the water does.Overall, I'm not impressed with this vacuum and will be returning it to try my luck at a different brand.

Haritalandırması çok kötü evi yanlış haritalandırıyor ve nereyi temizlemediğini anlayamıyorsunuz. Ayrıca istasyonu bulup dönmesi de çok uzun sürüyor.

Aspirateur robot satisfaisant mais déçu de l'autonomie
J'ai acheté ce robot en novembre et au début j'en était très contente, ayant 2 chats et des très long cheveux il fait très bien le travail, aucun soucis côté aspiration. Par contre je ne suis jamais allé au delà de 50min d'autonomie pour 30m² de nettoyé. Largement suffisant pour mon utilisation et vu le prix relativement bas je ne m'attendais pas à beaucoup mieux, mais depuis quelques jours l'autonomie a encore baissé. Donc énormement déçu sur ce point dommage parce que c'est un très bon aspirateur robot.Edit : après échange avec le service client de Lefant, ils me confirme qu'il y a bien un problème avec mon robot. Ils m'ont proposé de changer moi même la batterie et rembourser sur facture la nouvelle batterie chose que j'ai accepté malheureusement le problème persiste. Comme dédommagement ils m'offrent de m'envoyer un nouvel appareil donc en attente pour le moment.Concernant le service client bien qu'il se situe à l’étranger ils sont très réactif et à l'écoute donc un énorme point positif pour moi

The media could not be loaded. Es increíble cómo una cosa tan pequeña da una calidad de vida tan grande. ¡Ojalá lo hubiéramos comprado antes! En el vídeo podéis ver al robot en modo fregona. Claro que no es lo mismo que fregar, pero ayuda a recoger el polvo más fino y a mantener límpio el piso por más tiempo. Cumple su función y tiene buena autonomía. Se limpia muy fácilmente y creo que haciéndole un mantenimiento básico tendremos máquina para rato. Lo he podido vincular con la app a la primera, sin problemas. Es muy intuitiva y, por cierto, sí está en castellano, solo debemos seleccionar en la configuración inicial el modelo M210 (sin la B). Es muy silencioso y lo puedes dejar operando cuando estás viendo una película. A nosotros nos ha dado mejor resultado dejarlo trabajando habitación por habitación, cerrando puertas para que se centre en ese espacio en concreto. Además, lo combinamos con un aspirador de mano para aquellos sitios en los que la máquina no puede acceder. En definitiva, una gran compra que recomendamos porque te hace la vida más fácil.
