I thought I was purchasing a nail clipper set with case (manicure set with case) which is what I wanted. Not an empty case. I think the picture is very misleading showing the case with clippers. I would not have purchased an empty case although it is very nice leather.

Not much drama to it. Holds my little mess, and it's stitched together nicely. And who doesn't like the smell of new leather.

This is a beautifully crafted pouch made from genuine leather. You can tell right off the bat that this thing was made to last. Unfortunately, I found that it's size was too small for the majority of my manicure tools. But of course, this thing is supposed to encourage packing light for travel. As long as I can fit the essentials that are needed (nail clipper, in-grown nail clipper, and nail filer) I'm pretty much happy, if not slightly disappointed. So far, I've only managed to fit 2 of those essentials; I'll definitely need a smaller nail filer. The extra space can be used to carry other small neccessities if need be. But other than that, I like it... It's got that new car smell lol.

My old leather manicure travel set, was shedding or disintegrating. This new one will never do that. It is small but works great for my 5 tool set. It is hand crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico and beautifully made. I highly recommend.

I love it. Initially I was a tad disappointed that I had to leave out my large nail clipper so that all the rest of the instruments would fit better and not stretch out the pouch. But this is the leather pouch I keep in my leather work bag and I really don’t need toenail clippers at work. So it worked out beautifully. It is a simple, functional, well-crafted, and attractive item that holds the essentials for your fingernails and cuticles.Reviewed: Hide & Drink small full grain leather pouch in bourbon brown for small grooming instruments.

I’m a big fan of Hide and Drink. I’ve purchased dozens (literally) of their products and have always been more than satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Until now. I purchased this little pouch to hold some new nail care products and, well, it’s just not working out. First, it’s way too small to hold anything longer than a toenail clipper. Secondly, the quality and craftsmanship was far inferior to what I’m used to. Edging was super sloppy and the leather seems unusually worn and thin. Check out the photos.This is a fantastic brand and it will continue to be my go-to when I’m looking to purchase anything that I want to last a lifetime. This one missed the mark tho. But I guess 1 out of 50 isn’t bad when it comes to to this sort of thing.
