After needing to return another pool cleaner purchased this spring, this one has performed perfectly. I've used it every day since it arrived in early June. Combined with a robo skimmer our large pool is now cleaner than it has ever been before.

After owning two other brands and returning them, Beatbot’s Aquasense met my expectations and cleaned my pool like I wanted. It’s a little pricey but worth it. I was a little disappointed with what I thought was going to be the pattern map the unit reports back after cleaning, instead it is just an icon of a map. Other than that, it’s a good choice.

The product works great, except I did not get the cover that was promised in the description on the Bolo website. This is a value of $49 which is something you don’t want to skip.

At this price point, it uses sodium ion battery instead of Lithium, kinda dispointted. Also, I can't find any replacement parts on their store.=====================================Aiper Customer Support: The track can be replaced. The wheels cannot be replaced. If it is broken, you can contact customer service. Users can replace the track by themselves.You can also contact customer service to purchase accessories.The battery is a sodium ion battery with a capacity of 7800mAh (168.48Wh) and cannot be replaced.If you have any further questions or need assistance, we encourage you to reach out.

Beatbot AquaSense 2 Pool Robot - Problem resolved quickly!
I bought the Beatbot AquaSense 2, fully confident that it would clean my pool well, based on all the positive reviews that it has received. I think I received a faulty robot, because it did not clean the pool as expected. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the response I received from Beatbot's Customer Service Department. Their Customer Service is excellent! They responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly. I would have no hesitation in buying from Beatbot again.

Ero scettica sull'acquisto di un robot per la piscina e per vent’anni ho fatto la pulizia manuale. Mi sono decisa ed ho comprato questo robot: la mia vita è cambiata, tutto si è semplificato e la piscina non è stata mai così bella e soprattutto pulita! Tutto molto semplice, la messa in opera con varie soluzioni di pulizia, il robot sale da solo e ti aspetta a bordo piscina per essere rimesso in carica. Che dire, consiglio vivamente l'acquisto, dopo due mesi di uso sono stracontenta!
