Great idea to help stop smoking! The only thing that I would warn y’all about would be not to use it too much, I would say 5 min intervals minimum, because if you keep hitting it it does leave a nasty overpowering menthol/minty taste in your mouth. But overall very satisfied with the product since it does have resistance when using it like a vape/dispo would. Also you don’t have to put two sticks in there, one is enough since they are very potent!
