Works great! Easy to use! My husband did spray something on the track because it would get hung up at first and I have not had any issues since. It took me a minute to find the right position to get a continuous rhythm going but I have been using it daily now for 30-45 minutes with no problems. I work up a good sweat and lost 4 pounds last week.

The media could not be loaded. This has been such a fun addition to my routine! If you already know how to hula hoop, it’s easy to use, but if you’re new to it, there might be a bit of a learning curve.Assembly is simple, though some of the clips can be a little tricky to remove at first. Once you figure it out, it’s much easier. It does make some noise while spinning, but I just wear noise-canceling headphones and listen to an audiobook, and it doesn’t bother me at all.I haven’t had it long enough to see weight loss results yet, but research shows it can be effective. Either way, it makes moving more fun!

It takes awhile to figure out how to keep it going what I fine is you need one foot forward a little while the other one is about hip wide,I also fine having on top on my hips you get a really good workout. I can feel it in my buttocks top and back of thighs,if you want it working the waist area hold your abdominal muscles in. I also fine shorting the string up you get a better workout plus I’m able to keep it going better.I really like using this and have worked up to 30 minutes.I fine it glides easy and as far as speed I can get it going pretty fast,there is no bruising and the fit fine for me.

It works and does the job however I ended up ordering the real thing because after a while within the first 12 minutes of the 30 you’re supposed to do daily, it hurts your abdominal area because the inside is hard and the real infinity hoop has this cushioning method to prevent You from feeling that pain.

It’s fun and easy to use. I happen to know how to hula hoop already so there was no learning curve for me. It works well and I'm working up to using it for longer and longer. It hurts your knees mostly and lower back as you need to keep your body fairly tight to keep it spinning and the motion isn't like a true hula hoop, it’s more of a waddle back and forth on each leg which ends up hurting the knees. In normal hula hooping you rotate your hips in a circle and the pressure is more on the hips than the knees. Because this device uses a weight, it ends up a slightly different rhythm but it absolutely does count as cardio. Give it a shot, I'm enjoying it so far

Only downfall is how loud it is. Otherwise, worth every penny. I’ve had the hoop for about 8 months now. It is still like new, even though I use it almost everyday. I’m down 70lbs (not just from the hoop) and going down a link is easy. Apple Watch clocks 30 minutes as 200 calories burned, so it definitely is a workout. It gets easier as you do it, though and I can work out and scroll on my phone 😂
