I bought this supplement for my mom, and we’ve both been blown away by how much of a difference it’s made. In my late sixties, I am always looking for supplements that aid in mood regulation, better cognitive function, and help in sleeping peacefully and soundly. I have been taking these supplements now for about a month. They seem as though they are well made and easy to swallow with water. I take them prior to going to bed, and they don't have a bad taste or noticeable aftertaste. I have definitely noticed an improvement in mood and feelings of well being. Less mood dips into depression. Better focus, improved memory. As far as sleep, it's less restless and I'm not waking up every couple of hours like before. I am eating more nutritious, whole foods, drinking lots of water, exercising more consistently, and taking other supplements for better health, as well. Possibly the effectiveness is everything working in synergy, but I think this supplement helps.

I found that this blend was effective to create a relaxed feeling and relieve stress. I took it in the morning, so I can’t comment on how it helped sleep, but the blend of ingredients at clinical doses helped me to support daily calm. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to support emotional balance.

I personally wish there wasn’t ashwaganda in here so I could use this specific product longer term, because ashwaganda has a ton of negative press in the holistic health communities for doing a lot of bad things long term, making people feel worse actually.But for every once in a while I don’t mind it. It can help sleep and decreasing cortisol (stress hormone).Saffron is a very interesting compound, lot of good research on it for depression and other things.Def don’t take if you already take SSRIs though as it does increase serotonin.Magnesium glycinate is always a W, I can eat that stuff like candy.But I still overall like this product
