The product works well but I almost didn't buy it again being that something like this I want to be made in America never know what's in things made in ChinaSo I guess I don't understand why they put giant Chinese symbols on the new bottle?? And made it more expensive to boot maybe I'm crazy idkIt worked in the old packaging hopefully the actual product hasn't changed as well

Used this all over my back for my first session on it and wow, if used correctly it works great. Take a super hot shower to open your pores and put the cream on 2 hours before your appointment and I promise as long as you did a thick enough layer you won’t feel anything for up to 5 hours. Don’t think I could have sat for as long as I did without it.

This tattoo numbing cream provides a helpful amount of relief, though it may not be as powerful as expected for those with low pain tolerance. I found it works best when applied generously and left on for at least an hour before my session, as instructed. The numbing effect lasted around 2-3 hours, which was helpful for shorter sessions. However, for prolonged or intense procedures, additional applications or stronger alternatives may be needed.The cream is easy to apply and comes in a solid, visually appealing jar, which is a nice touch. While I noticed a slight menthol scent, it wasn't overpowering. The added ingredients like Vitamin E and Arnica helped soothe the skin, which I appreciated. Overall, this cream offers moderate numbing and could work well for those with a bit more pain tolerance, but it may not completely eliminate discomfort for long or highly sensitive sessions.
