I discovered this NAD product on Bolo and thought I would give it a try to see if it would help to boost my energy and overall well being.They provide you with 30 foil packets of a berry flavored liquid which you simply open and ingest. The taste is pleasant. After using for about a week in a half I sat down and analyzed if I had any improvements in anything by taking it. I did feel somewhat better and a bit more energized but in only 10 days I cannot definitely attribute it to this product so to further test I'm going to stop using it to see if I notice a difference. If there is anything that has changed I will update my review.

I’ve been using these NAD supplement liquid packets occasionally for a few weeks, and I appreciate how convenient they are—just tear one open and drink, no fuss. The berry flavor is pleasant and not too sweet. I’ve noticed a subtle but steady boost in my energy and overall feeling of vitality, especially on busy days when I’m usually dragging. It’s nice to have something that feels like it’s working at a cellular level for healthy aging and energy without any jitters. Plus, I love that it absorbs quickly since it’s liquid. Definitely a helpful addition to my routine.

I've been trying out a few different NAD+ supplements and thought this one looked interesting, particularly for when one is out and about or on a business trip. TBH, it's hard to tell if I can perceive any specific benefits from it. But, I'll keep using them and see. Individual packets that each contain about 10ml of a red-colored sweet liquid with a bit of acidity. No specific discernible flavor to my palate. Here are my thoughts and concerns:NMHM is very soluble in water and 600mg should easily dissolve in 10ml, so the fact that this is a clear liquid with no sediment does not raise any warning bells to me.The claimed quercetin phytosome complex, however, is a bit of a head-scratcher. Near as I can determine, one might expect to be able to get around 1.2mg of quercetin (as a phytosome complex) to dissolve in this amount of water. The packaging states that it contains 250mg of the complex. How much of that is quercetin versus the phytosome is not stated. But, something isn't adding up for me there. I have the same concerns about the claimed amounts of trans resveratrol. The packaging states that there's 150mg in there, yet trans resveratrol has a very low solubility and I wouldn't expect more then half a milligram to dissolve in 10ml. And, the same (though lesser) issue is present in the PQQ, where the solubility would suggest you could get 30mg to dissolve in 10ml, but the package says it has 40. All-told, the inconsistencies between what should physically be possible to dissolve in these packets, relative to what they are labeled to contain, combined with the fact that I don't feel any significant improvement in my energy level, leaves me with some significant doubts about this product.Pros: It's convenient, in theory at least (see Cons). You don't even need water. Taste is pleasant, which isn't surprising as the base apparently includes apple juice concentrate. At the very least, you're getting a bit of a sugar boost.Cons: For a travel packet, these are surprisingly difficult to tear open. I've had maybe one that opened as intended. The rest, it's been a fight. Tear from one side until it hangs up in the middle; tear from other side until the same happens from the other direction, then fight with it until you can finish tearing it open. Somehow, I've managed to not spill any of them, but I feel like it's just a matter of time until I accidentally squeeze it when it's half-way opened and I'm trying to get it to finish tearing open. So, I use a scissor when one is handy. Also, I'm not really convinced that I can feel any difference when I take it, beyond a bit of a short-lived boost from the sugar. And, some of what is claimed about the contents really isn't physically possible. But, YMMV.

I have been taking NAD off and on for several years now. It's never cheap but always worth it.I have always gotten capsules and most of the time I get horrible reflux from them. I have never seen it in liquid form before and welcomed the opportunity to try it.The first dose I added it to a glass of water as I expected the taste to be strong. In fact the taste is extremely mild and I now take them straight from the tube. These have given me no stomach upset or reflux.As far as benefits go, I find that NAD helps me resist sugar/soda and this has performed as well as the caps I have taken in the past.I will buy this again.

The beenfits of NAD may or may not be overhyped by now. I feel like you really can't avoid the talk of it. This stuff is a great addition to add with your lunch or just something around brunch time to give you that feeling that you're actually trying to live a healthy life, haha. These taste exactly like ice pops if they weren't frozen. Delicious, no weird aftertaste. This kind of stuff is usually long-term commitment, so just take a look at the studied on this stuff and see if it's for you! Personally, I love it!

I have been taking the AD Supplement 1000 mg liquid packets for about 3 weeks now. The ingredients in this packet are new to me as I don’t take much of nicotinamide ribosome, resveratrol, PQQ, and quercetin in any of my daily supplements. The packets are pre measured so its convenient to use, and mixes well. I saw a video where NAD was being promoted as a health aid to assist the more elderly personnel with their energy, anti-aging, DNA, better sleep, etc. I am trying it to help me with my sleep apnea, boost my energy level, improve my anti-aging skin and hair loss. I add it to my daily fiber routine. I do feel more energize and I can ride my bike for 40 miles and play some games on my virtual headset and I feel more energize. It’s expensive so 30 packets for the price would be whether I could continue this for a few months. DISCLAIMER: I received this product free via Bolo's Vine Program.
