This is a nice little lock for your suitcase when you are travelling. The build quality is good but after ll it is plastic and one nice blow will destroy it. So, if strength is an issue for you, look for a metal body lock. It functions as it should. Setting or changing the combination is pretty easy. Combination lock wheels turn smooth with a tactical feedback after every digit changed.My only gripe is, if the combination is not set to the right numbers, it will not lock. I can understand, or actually expect it not to open, but locking it while the combinaton was not set, should not be an issue.

Easy to set combinations. Survived 3 week trip through multiple airports. No issues with locking or unlocking. Cable flexed enough to lock multiple zippers on luggage. You have to use your lock code to reset to a different lock code after the initial set up. Good purchase.

The Five Stars:★ Very professional packaging from the manufacturer. Locks won't get beaten up with typical shipping practices.★ Although I did read the size of these before receiving them, they are much more discreet than I had envisioned. NOTE: if you want a big lock that will really stand out and help you identify your belongings at a distance, this may not be the best choice. I like the size because I believe they will be less prone to catching on things nearby.★ Love how the numbered dials click into place so that I do not have to worry about whether I am perfectly aligning the numbers or not when entering the combination. White on black is easy to read, too.★ Personally, I like how the tiny little switch used when changing the lock combination is not easily accessible with my fingernails. I figured I could flip the switch using my nails at first, but that proved too difficult. I used the tip of a pen instead.★ I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend these to my friends and family at the $12.99 price; it seems like a steal. There are no questions about quality, whatsoever. These locks are awesome and will give my husband the peace of mind he needs when travelling for work with pricier gear.

I’ve been using these luggage locks on my travels, and so far they’ve been working great. I’ve used them a couple times now, and they work just like any other luggage lock that I’ve used before. They lock easily, and they’re pretty simple to use.Here’s what I like about these locks:-They fit through zipper pulls-The locks feel pretty sturdy-The number wheels are easy to turn, and they turn both ways-The numbers are easy to read (white numbers on black)-They’re light-It uses a simple button to unlock-The wire is flexibleAnd here’s what I don’t like:-There aren’t any instructions on how to reset the locks-The wire is pretty long-These are probably only good deterrent locks, rather than actual security locksI think the only thing I really don’t like about these locks is that there’s no real instructions on how to reset the locks/change the combination. While it’s easy enough to change the combination, it would’ve been nice to have a physical reminder on how it’s done.Despite what I don’t like, I would recommend them though. Changing the combination is easy enough, and I think they work just as great as any other combination luggage lock that I’ve had before. At $13 that’s roughly $6.5 per lock, which I don’t think is a terrible deal. I would say if you can’t find anything for cheaper, these are good luggage locks.

These locks are very lightweight, but they don't feel flimsy at all. I like that all the moving parts feel secure. It locks up easily, and you can change the combination by turning the switch using a pen or a similar tool. I think the lock cable length could be shorter to prevent it from moving around a lot, but as is, it does the job. The cable feels durable and tough.The unlocking experience is easy and, as advertised, looking at the numbers is easier by separating the viewport.For 2 durable locks, these are priced reasonably. I will try these the next time I travel.
