Each Lanbena product comes with a code and you can check the authenticity. So if other manufacturers are trying to imitate this product, then it must be good! With that said, upon using the product myself I can tell it is high quality. I like the high concentration of it by dissolving a tablet with the serum. Only downside is there is a lot more serum than there are tablets. I haven't noticed any visible differences just yet. That could be due to lack of consistency on my end. I will probably give the product another shot and get 30 more tablets. I try to give most products (i.e. supplements, skincare) 60 days to give it a good chance.

Lanbena Vitamin C + Niacinamide is surprising. Normally I drop a solution including vitamin C into my hand and then with the other hand, pat it on my face.With this product, there is an extra step - you do the mixing. The sturdy box includes a 30 ml bottle containing among its ingredients, niacinamide, Zinc and hyaluronic acid. Additionally there are 30 wafers of Vitamin C enclosed in individual foil packaging.To use the product, after cleaning your face, you pop open one of the Vitamin C pods and holding the wafer in the palm of one hand, you add 3 -5 drops of the niacin amide liquid on top of the wafer; it instantly dissolves and you can begin to apply the mixture to your face.I was concerned that this process would take extra time, but no - it actually is very quick. The amount of Vitamin C mixture seems less than what I had been applying right out of the bottle and it absorbed so quickly that the application process seemed very fast; it was not sticky and I quickly moved to the next step of my morning routine.The product’s description says that using dehydrated vitamin C maintains its effectiveness better than product where it comes dissolved in a liquid, Additionally, it notes that both the Vitamin C and Niacinamide are at a 10% strength.I am happy to find an expiration date and authenticity seal on the box.While I really liked this product, I see one problem with using Lanbena as a Vitamin C treatment: the 30 ml of Niacinamide is about 600 drops. If you use the recommended 5 drops per each application you have enough of the solution for about 120 applications, but the set only includes 30 vitamin C tablets.Hmmmm… well …. I’m sure that you can use the niacin amide alone….but …. is this really a Vitamin C serum?

I appreciate that the lyophilized vitamin C is separated from the liquid serum since that will help the vitamin C to be more stable until you mix it with the serum. It has a pleasant smell and goes on very smoothly on my skin. If you only use 3 drops (the instructions say 3-5 drops), it is a thicker formulation and probably slightly higher concentration of vitamin C, which I wanted, but there is a slight tackiness after it dries on the skin - it's not uncomfortable, just mostly feels super hydrated. It does seem like my complexion is more even after a few months of using it, and my skin feels more plump. I like it and will keep using it and hope that my larger sun spot fades.

I love this! I have super sensitive skin and break out from just about everything. I very rarely wear make up because of this. Most every skin cream I have tried burns and/or breaks me out. It has since I was young child and I am now 61 yrs old. You would think by now I would stop breaking out from everything but even the things they say won't I have problems with. I have had no problems with this though :) It doesn't burn when I put it on and I didn't break out. I don't use it everyday though, at least not yet. I started using it every 3rd day for two weeks and then every other day. So far still no burning or breakouts. My skin is so soft and smooth. My problem is using the 5 drops. My skin soaks it up so fast I hardly have enough to cover my face. Forget about having any to put on my neck. I'm lucky to have enough left for my forehead. The fine lines I have are going away and the deeper ones are even looking better. I will be ordering more of this. Finally something I can use. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
