I picked up the VILIM Ball, truly hoping it would help my essential tremor, but after 14 days, 10 minutes each hand, it proved to be ineffective. I was highly disappointed when my wife commented at breakfast, as I was attempting to spread jam on my toast, "Your hand is getting worse, not better". I realize each person is constituted differently, so your mileage may vary.

Use per the manufacturer's guidelines and it could change your life. I have been using this product since November 2024. It requires only 10 minutes in each hand 3 times a day. While I realize all people are different, it has really made a difference for me. I had trouble writing, holding a glass with one hand to drink, eating with utensils. These everyday activities get so much easier after a session with the Vilim Ball. I've had Essential Tremor for nearly 30 years and this is the only thing I have found that helps to reduce my tremor so that I can use my hands and arms normally.It has a lightweight and simple design. It's easy to charge because the end of cord is magnetic making it easy to attach. The indicator light that circles the ball makes it simple to see when it needs charged. The quality of the material it's made from makes it durable and comfortable to hold. The wrist strap keeps you from throwing it if your tremors are quite strong.This really is a medical device. It has embedded AI that allows it to analyze your tremor and counteract the shake in your hands. Other devices don't have this. The Vilim Ball will tailor itself to you specifically, which is why there should be only one person to use it. The more you use it, the more effective it can get. The quality and functionality you get makes it well worth the price. There is also an app called Steady Hands that some people could add to their smartphone. It can track your tremor and allow you to potentially see the difference prior to using the ball vs. after use.The photos show it in my hand to you can see the size and also a comparison chart that comes directly from ViliMed showing the difference between the Vilim Ball and others that just vibrate without a brain inside. If I had the choice to make a second time, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
