Bottle is double sealed - both the protective plastic and then the paper sticker seal inside. When you open the bottle you are instantly hit with the apple cider vinegar aroma - I actually quite like the smell of these. Then when you pop them in your mouth the taste is equally good - nice smooth texture and good flavor.I have tried a few other Keto supplements in the past but it had been a while and I wanted to give them another whirl.On the bottle it states to take 2 gummies per day so 60 gives you a 30 day supply - but then it goes on to say that you can take it 1-3 times per day so that would rapidly drop the supply down to just 10 days... Perhaps if I had the ability to invest in quite a few more bottles I could try the 3 times a day for perhaps a more pronounced effect but alas that is a little too rich for me so I will stick with the 30 day route and hope for the best.Seems quality, tastes great, good packaging without wasted space.

These have a nice chewy texture and a tart flavor, which is what I expected from an ACV gummy. I take them first thing in the morning and haven’t had any side effects or issues. I do think you need to take them daily and consistently to notice any benefits. Overall, I’m happy with them and they are easy to take, but the price feels a bit high for what you get.

These gummies taster really good to me, the flavor is not really that strong vinegar wise. In general, I don't feel like gummies are as good to get all the believed benefits of vinegar like good digestion, weight loss & reduce appetite. But if you don't like vinegar these are great. The texture reminds me of gummy bears. Overall it seems like a good value.

These gummy drops appear to be strong enough with apple cider vinegar because the aroma is quite pungent, even when first opening the bottle. For the keto part, I have no idea how to evaluate it.I know people who have disdain for the gummies as a vitamin or supplemental compound delivery system.They are a nuisance the way they stick in my teeth, especially around fillings. This could mean that they contributeto tooth decay because of the extra sugar.Tablets are far more convenient and simpler.So, the product may be effective, but I would rather have the preparation as a tablet from this company,if available.Be well.Be safe.

I got a lot of comments on how much I slimmed down on these. While my weight loss did not accelerate, it visibly lowered the bloat around my torso within two weeks. I also had better focus and energy.The taste is a bit tart with a hint of the vinegar, but it is not overwhelming. They didn't get sticky or hard before I finished the bottle either. I appreciate that they don't make any wild or hyped claims on their labeling- I find it very responsible and down-to-earth.

These ACV gummies are quite tasty! I’m not a fan of pure ACV with the Mother, but these gummies taste like green apples. If you need extra B12 and the benefits of ACV, these keto friendly gummies are great for your health. Extreme 2000MG Blast Keto Gummies Apple Cider Vinegar Formulated with Pomegranate Beet Juice Powder B12 Vegan Non GMO 60 Gummies. Daily dose is 2 gummies, so each bottle is enough for one month. It’s so much easier than trying to drink pure ACV that burns my nose hairs but these gummies are so easy to get your daily dose of B-12, beet juice and folate. I was feeling better after 3 days of taking these. I had more energy and less moody afterwards. I realize that everyone has different reactions to different supplements, but I had remarkably great results. We have to treat our bodies better because we only have one chance.
