The media could not be loaded. Got these to control my blood sugar as everyone in my family is diabetic and I'm trying to get a hold of it early. They are not FDA approved, but as anyone who buys these kinds of supplements knows all that means is the FDA does not back any claim made by the product, but the product is safe to use. So far im really liking them and they go down easy. I'm not particularly a fan of the taste so I tend to just swallow them with a glass of water at breakfast. I haven't tested them with glucose readings having taken them and not taken them so take this with a grain of salt but I definitely notice more energy and overall less lethargic feelings especially at the end of the day.The benefits of apple cider vinegar are well known but there can still be some harmful effects such as the acidic reaction with your teeth or digestive system. Definitely do more research if you feel like they would overall be a beneficial supplement for you, but if you do decide to use them then these gummies are definitely what you're looking for.

These taste great and I'm looking forward to losing a few pounds with them. They have a good mixture of vitamins and are easy to take. The bottles are good quality and safety sealed.

So far so good, was going to try this out instead of drinking ACV but so far its not bad taking them before you eat. Doesn't taste bad nor has any odor to it, just like any gummies. Would like it if they had more information of the product either on the bottle or online as far as the tests and where its made. Overall not bad.

This gummies have really good flavor! They stay soft even after being open for a while. They are easy to chew and I really enjoy them. Not sure if they really do help for weight loss but I do like taking these to help maintain as part of my daily regiment. They are a bit pricey but when you compare to other ones they are about the same value. I do recommend these ones!

This is a great addition to my supplement regime. They actually taste really good to me. They are nice and soft and easy to chew. They don't get stuck in my teeth at all. They have no aftertaste or odd smell. They come nicely packaged with clear, easy to read labeling. They give me what I want and are a nice value for what you get.

You can definitely taste the apple cider vinegar in these gummies—it leans more toward an apple flavor, but it’s not the most pleasant gummy taste I’ve had. It’s not awful, just a bit sharp if you’re expecting something sweet and candy-like. As for results, it’s still too early to tell if they’re making a real difference in energy or weight. I’ll update if I notice any changes over time, but for now, just be aware of the strong ACV flavor going

Apple cider vinegar benefits may include: losing weight, regulating blood sugar, enhancing immune function, and several other anecdotal claims. When I saw “KETO” in this product’s title, I didn’t understand why. A Ketogenic diet is low in carbs so that the body doesn’t create excess glucose for energy, but instead burns ketones from stored fats... resulting in weight reduction. Since these gummies have 5 grams carbs and 4 grams added sugar, I’d suspect it may not support ketosis. But, if users can tolerate the glucose, it seems reasonable to try the gummies for the ACV benefits. Personally, I use these gummies whenever I’m not fasting. That is, when my insulin and sugar is already climbing up (e.g. after when I eat), a few gummies shouldn’t cause any negative disruptions in my metabolism. Besides, these gummies taste great! Can’t prove they work, but don’t believe they will hurt. 3rd party tested assures the ingredients are valid.

I have been trying to lose weight for awhile, and one thing I have been taking in the morning is Apple Cider Vinegar. The only issue has been the horrible taste. So I decided to look for alternatives and came across these ACV Gummies, and they taste really good. They have a nice soft texture to the gummy, and even though they are pretty sweet, I can still taste the tang of the ACV in then, so I know it is in there. Now I can concentrate on my weight loss in an easier way, and look forward to taking these every day, rather than the chore of taking the liquid.
