I save the heavy/absorbent stuff for the building washer/dryer, but this machine is great for athletic wear, socks, underwear, delicates, and t-shirts. Do a load daily or every other day and I can go a long while without doing a full load of laundry, especially as someone who wears a lot of dry clean only clothes anyway. The wash cycle is gentle but effective, and my clothes always come out super clean. I was happy to see that it spins both clockwise and counterclockwise in rapid succession, leading to better agitation. My biggest tip would be to not use more than a teaspoon of laundry, as things can get pretty sudsy and hard to rinse with too much detergent. While the spin feature isn’t my favorite (the spin basket does not hold more than 3-4 pairs of underwear or maybe a t-shirt at a time), I know that it is working hard over its entire run cycle as a lot of water comes out through the hose as it spins and spins…The machine is also super compact, folding down small enough to fit any crevice in my apartment. I can use it by the kitchen sink, by the bathroom sink, in the bathtub, etc. Also, it’s really not too loud!
5.0 out of 5 stars You have to fold clothes to spin right
Don't be thrown off by the basket size, learn the art of folding
4.0 out of 5 stars Does what it says- great little helper.
Decent little helper. Bought it for the RV to help with items I hand wash and line dry. Does a great job with the washing and rinsing. Spinning—I did not find useful and wrung them out by hand. I still recommend, it’s a time saver and stores really well. I’ll play around with the spinner but the basket seems small.
1.0 out of 5 stars Lies in the description
This machine is a great idea but what was delivered was an oversized children's toy. tldr: It's insanely loud, laughably weak and totally useless.Let's look at the description:"15L Capacity Upgrade】This Portable washing machine has the capacity to wash one adult load, or 3 t-shirts, or 6 towels, or 6 undergarments, or 6 children's loads and more so you don't have to worry about having too much laundry!"3 t-shirts is laughable. It can barely move 1 medium sized t shirt. I can't fathom putting three in. Nothing would happen.6 towels!?!?!?!?!?!? NO! It' can't even fit 1 towel. It's to darned small. The motor is to weak. It would never fit in the spin cage. I put in 5 face towels and it was struggling to move. I reduced it to 4 and it wasn't much better. The spin cycle is a joke. Don't expect it to spin any water out whatsoever. The machine is insanely loud. I had this going in my kitchen and I was able to hear it across my apartment and in my apartment hallway. It's also unreliable. It started to randomly stop and that was it. Returning it for a refund. It has even more problems but this review is not worth it.Don't waste your money on this.
5.0 out of 5 stars Little but talawah ❤️
The media could not be loaded. One of the best things for me since sliced bread😃it small and does the job . Everything was clean and no leakage . Always cover the hose when washing and then take off the stopper when the machine is done and ready to let the water out. It’s a great value for the money ans easy to use ❤️❤️❤️
5.0 out of 5 stars Sock‑Drawer Splash Machine
This NIXOD mini washer is basically a bucket with a brain. I unfold the silicone tub in my bathroom, toss in a day’s worth of gym socks and undies, and let the three‑minute cycle swish them like a tiny jacuzzi. The spin basket snaps in after the wash; sixty seconds later my clothes come out just damp enough to hang on the shower rod and dry before bedtime.Control panel is a simple touch strip—3, 5, or 10‑minute wash buttons plus spin. I use a teaspoon of liquid detergent and the clear lid lets me watch the suds do their dance. Drain hose clips to the sink, so no heavy lifting when it’s time to empty. At 15 liters it even handles two toddler T‑shirts and a pair of leggings, which saves me from running the big washer for micro‑loads. Blue‑light sanitize feature feels gimmicky but gives peace of mind for baby items. The whole unit collapses to lunch‑box height and slides under the bed next to the suitcase.Dorm dwellers, RV nomads, or apartment folks who hate coin‑op trips will appreciate this pop‑up washer keeping the small stuff fresh without hogging space.
3.0 out of 5 stars Does what it needs to do but....
The spin feature is useless! Tried putting two bras in it and did nothing to really pull out the water. Tried the same with two small linen cloths.. would only take one. However.. the size is good. I was able to wash basic undies and bras but not a lot of course. I took it out into a basin and rinsed it in my tub and wrung out everything by hand. May seem like a lot of work but there are things that really need to be done by hand and this definitely takes away some of the work. Will never replace a real washer but for small hand items or things you need washed sooner than a laundromat visit it works. Still I would watch it because if there's too much in the machine it does not turn easily so I just stayed with the machine when I was using it. Let's see how it lasts.. I did purchase the extended warranty because I felt something like this could need it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Dorm‑Room Laundry Bucket
This 15‑liter folding washer is basically a collapsible soup pot that eats dirty underwear. Popped it open in my RV, filled with five tees and gym shorts, hit the ten‑minute cycle, and the little agitator sloshed like a mini jacuzzi. Drain hose clips over the sink, so gray water disappears without lifting a finger. The spin basket surprised me—clothes come out damp, not dripping, which means they’re dry after a quick hang in the sun. At 4.6 pounds, it’s lighter than my laptop, and the handles make it easy to lug to the campground bathhouse.Control panel is three buttons: wash time, mode, start. Blue‑light sterilization feels fancy; at least my socks don’t smell like campfire anymore. When done, the barrel squishes flat to pancake thickness and slides under the bunk bed.Great for apartment dwellers dodging coin‑op machines, road‑trippers, or parents tackling baby onesies without running a full‑size washer every hour.
