It’s only been a month and a half, and this is already falling apart! I bought two of these ramps for a shed door that was too high, and they initially fit perfectly. However, I noticed a crack on the side of one ramp and when I picked it up to inspect it, I was shocked to see the bottom separating from the top and the sides splitting apart. From the looks of it, this was thrown together with nothing more than tacks or staples. This is extremely disappointing. The shed is brand new and completely empty, so there’s no excuse for this kind of failure. The workmanship is unacceptable!!!!!

This ramp is already assembled, sturdy and not too steep. I purchased this for my elderly mother who uses a walker and has issues traversing even the slightest step. She navigates up and down this ramp with ease and she personally loves it. I have to agree with her. A little on the pricy side but needed one quickly and didn't have time to build one myself. This is being used indoors for a sunken living room.

It has broken already splitting in three places last ramp board fell off I month ago..I had a bad fall did not even use till late January as was not allowed out side w walker...I am 82 it was a hard buy but needed ...now what

Reviewing Wooden Threshold Ramp for Home Steps, I ordered this because we have a neighbor that likes to visit occasionally that uses a wheelchair. We have stairs all into the house, but we have a large ramp we can put in place for the times he comes to visit. The only trouble spot is the threshold of the front door. It’s about 6 “or 7” tall from the porch.This ramp can be put up when not in use (It doesn’t fold up, but it can be leaned up, against a closet wall). We could even keep it on the porch, under the patio table is we chose to. It’s easy to move over to the door. It also has some traction on it, so it’s not completely smooth like the listing photos make it seem. It’s very easy for him to wheel over the threshold into the house, with minimal fuss, which is much easier on him mentally also. Bonus: We’ve found it’s also great when we need to use a dolly to get heavy items in the house!My only complaint is that a huge chunk of one corner was knocked loose and was found in the box so the wood must be a soft wood. Either that or it was really knocked around on its way here. It was not well protected from the manufacturer. Removing one star for that because the edge is now sharp. I will use wood glue to try and glue that piece back on. I just need to go buy some.

Well built works perfectly to get a friend in a wheelchair to and from my sunken living room. Well constructed. Other products I’ve seen are flimsy but this is solid. No worries moving a wheelchair and a heavy person up and found a step.

It’s only been a month and a half, and this is already falling apart! I bought two of these ramps for a shed door that was too high, and they initially fit perfectly.
