If you have not had this type of beverage prior, it will BE SALTY because it is supposed to be.Both flavors — Citrus Flow and Tropical Punch — are super refreshing without being overly sweet or salty. It’s a ready-to-drink can, so no mixing or cleanup like with LMNT sticks. I love that it still gives you a solid dose of electrolytes (especially sodium and magnesium), but in a format that’s easier on the palate and stomach for daily use.Don’t get me wrong — LMNT is great for heavy sweating or keto days. But Assembly Hydro is now my go-to for normal workouts, workdays. Crisp taste, clean ingredients, and convenient. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an LMNT-level electrolyte profile in a grab-and-go drink.

Go Brewing’s latest launch - Assembly Hydration (non-sparkling electrolyte water): both Citrus Flow and Tropical Punch have lovely aromas and flavors. Easy to pronounce ingredients. Focus on sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Zero cals. It’s (sea) SALTY AF. But that’s the point. Replenish the salts you lose in sweat post-workout.I'm giving it four out of five stars because it's a tad too salty for me...but I'm looking forward to crushing one post-heavy workout and see how that hits. Maybe it'll feel different because I've lost sodium. Only time will tell.

So REFRESHING!My favorite time to drink them is after the sauna or after a trail run in the heat.These are NOT energy drinks. You can't compare them to Gatorade. Being salty is the point. After a heavy sweat I really need the electrolytes and these are both easy and delicious.

I really wanted to like these but ... I just can't. They're not bad and I like that they're not really sweet, but they're quite salty which is a major turn off ... Honestly it's like drinking someone's sweat or something.It's nice not having to mix an electrolyte drink after a long run or in the morning with a hangover but the saltiness is not appealing to me. If you've had these kinds of salt forward drinks before and know you'll like it, this will definitely be up your alley, but if you're used to Gatorade and those sorts of sports drinks this is a BIG change...

I’ve tried a lot of different electrolyte drinks, but this electrolyte water stands out in all the best ways. It’s clean, crisp, and incredibly refreshing—no overpowering flavor or weird aftertaste, just pure hydration with a perfectly balanced blend of electrolytes.Bonus points for being low in calories and free of unnecessary sugars and additives. This has become a staple in my daily routine, and I always keep a few cans in the fridge. Highly recommend for anyone who takes hydration seriously!

Fast Deliver. Excellent Product. I have been using other brands for Hydration and Started using Assembly in the last week and this product is the best in the market as far Clean Electrolytes and the Flavors are great. All flavors are great but my favorite is Passionfruit +Guava. I highly recommend this product.

These drinks are weird if you're not expecting the salt content, but, I don't hate them either. They were a great help during some landscape bed remodeling today. There's no carbonation so this is, AT FIRST, like drinking salty water, and then the salt flavor disappears for a big, tasty finish. The citrus is my fave of the two but they're both good. They're a bit pricy but they also have a purpose beyond just general hydration. I think they're worth trying for sure.

It's unfortunate when someone makes an electrolyte drink and they op for the cheapest ingredient. Instead of high ratios of magnesium and potassium, the majority of the electrolyte in this drink is sodium.And you can taste the very first sip. The fruit flavoring they use actually smells pretty good but all is ruined by how much salt is in one can.They should market this as fruit broth rather than a drink.
