Really nice choice on single gang electrical boxes, these are for new construction with nails for installation. They installed just like others by nailing in place. I like how strong and rigid the plastic/nylon is made of its very impressive. Price wise these are about the same as most big home improvement stores contractors packs. Frankly I could not tell any difference in either, the big plus is these come to my house without a trip to the store. I would purchase this product again.

I usually don't buy the 22 cu in 1 gang electrical boxes. I usually go with the 18 cu in ones because they are cheaper and I don't need to extra space. But having the extra space allows for more easy installation when you have a lot of wires to squeeze into the box or if you plan on using newer fancy smart outlets and Wago connectors.These seem more sturdy than the ones I got from Home Depot. The plastic seems thicker. It is also UL listed. The nails don't seem as heavy duty as the ones from Home Depot, but the nails aren't holding a lot of weight, so it's not an issue.There are notches or tabs on the other side of the box to help you align the box to the stud so it'll be flush to the drywall. You just nail in the box and knock out the tabs in the back to run your wire through and the plastic tab should hold the wires in place. Simple installation.It's a pretty good value for a 12 pack 1 gang New Work Electrical Box that is 22 Cu in.

Overall these are quality single gang boxes that hold very securely and are easy to install. The price for a box of six is far better than any you would get at a big box store. The quality of the plastic is strong and thick and seems to hold its shape well. The only complaint is some of the punch-outs needed a little trim to make them actually give way. However, that is just a minor hiccup in an otherwise good quality electrical box.

My electrician installed these outlet boxes and he didn't have any issues or complaints. They looked well made to me when I opened the box but I didn't see them after they were installed.
