Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love love love this ice machine! I'm disabled and go through quite a bit of ice and got tired of waiting for others to be home to bring me ice. Great that it makes good solid little bullets cubes (sm&lg) not that half frozen crunchy stuff. The cubes actually last in your cup longer than 30 minutes. It makes ice continuously, If you don't use it , it melts and remakes it. Ice speed:You get nine ice cubes in about 10 minutes and it just keeps making ice till its out of water. Ice quality:Bullet shaped solid ice cubes. Not the crunchy stuff you get out of some other machines that melt in your cup in 10 minutesSize:The size of the machine has not too large, doesn't take up too much space in my little makeshift kitchenette.

This item works fine as long as it never loses power after it is initially set up. I bought one and decided to relocate it to the other end of my kitchen counter. I turned the power off and moved it. When I plugged it back in It went to auto-clean and would not make ice. The second one I purchased again worked fine until during a storm my electricity went out for about five seconds. The ice maker came bake on and again went to auto-clean and stayed that way for 48 hours and never made ice. Also, this company has no costumer service. When you call all, you get is a generic answering service. It tells you to leave a message. But on the same message it tells you that they will not return your call. That you must contact the company {Bolo} that you purchased it from.

Absolutely adore this ice maker. It was easy to set up and figure out. It’s not overly loud. We prefer the large setting as the small is alittle to small. Looks great in our kitchen! Hopefully it will be a wicked easy move when we move because it’s coming with!

The media could not be loaded. I love this cute quiet little ice maker. I only gave it 4 stars because it took about 20 minutes to make that first batch. Not sure if it’s because I just turned it on for the first time but if I don’t use it every day, I guess the first initial batch is going to take about that long. I love that I could just walk away come back and there’s ice. Its very durable the ice is nice and solid not watery. I love that It’s compact and easy to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Like for price and that it is larger than others. It’s it’s quiet and produces a glass full of ice every five minutes hold on quite a bit of water so you get a lot of ice. All you hear is a very low hum from fan. And the ice drops into basket. After there is some ice in bottom you don’t hear that either.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It works, is durable, easy to clean, and produces two sizes of bullet ice; but, it is very slow in making a basket of ice. Basket is also small for our needs. We got it to supplement our freezer ice maker that sometimes goes 2 or 3 days without making ice.

It seems to be a great product and that we never run out of ice at each meal time. I think we fill the reservoir once a day currently so I wouldn’t be surprised if we use more come July and August. I look forward to having ice in my drinks all year round now. I like the size even though the manufacturer calls it “large”. I guess the large size is equivalent to about a small sewing thimble.
