Whether it's demoing a kitchen, hauling off construction waste, moving furniture, framing a wall, crawling around my attic installing insulation or lighting, climbing on my roof patching flashing, reflooring my porch or any of the other parts of this rehab I have a lot of things just wearing me out and making me wake up stiff and sore.I'm not a fan of smearing on the usual sports creams and making my hands stink and feel greasy. This roll-on is great for that. I didn't even know this was a thing! It's very easy to apply and you can feel the menthalated heating/cooling sensation within a minute or so. I also like that it's not thick and creamy. It's just a thin liquid so it doesn't feel gross in my arm or leg hair.It's not going to work miracles, but combined with a couple of ibuprofen it makes it easier for my old body get through my rough mornings following a heavy day of work.

This roller provided me with some needed relief for some knee pain. Just like other major products in this category, you'll notice a cooling sensation at first followed later by a warming effect as it helps manage the pain topically.There is a strong smell, but I actually enjoy it quite a bit. Smells very Winter-Minty exactly like the hard white mints you're probably familiar with. While I enjoy the scent, I can see how some people wouldn't appreciate the scent's strength. I personally find it to be slightly relaxing.It does appear to be effective at pain relief. It applies on easily with the roller, simply roll over the area with pain and you should start to notice it working quickly.It does roll on slightly goopy, though it isn't too bad. The goopiness seems to disappear after a few minutes on its own anyway, or you can finish rubbing it in with your hand (though this slightly defeats the purpose of the roller to begin with, so I just let it do its own thing and work itself out).When it comes to value, it tries to compete with the top brands that use the roller action. Ounce for ounce, it runs pretty close to similar brands.

I’ve been using this pain relief roll-on for some stubborn back and shoulder tension. The cooling sensation kicks in fast and is followed by a warm feeling that helps loosen things up a bit. I like that the roll-on makes application super easy and mess free, with no need to touch the product with your hands.The scent is definitely strong with a classic menthol style, so if you’re sensitive to that, it might not be your favorite. But it fades after a while and doesn’t linger too long. I usually apply it before bed or after a workout, and it takes the edge off the soreness enough to relax or fall asleep.I’ve noticed better results when I apply it more than once, like layering it on a bit later after the first application. It’s compact and easy to throw in a gym bag or keep by the nightstand. Overall, it’s a handy roll-on for minor aches and pains, especially if you prefer something topical over pills.

I have two main things with me, lower back pain and headaches. This has been nice for both with its cooling and warm sensation. I tend to take a warm shower and when I dry off coming out of shower, it really amplifies the sensation.For back pain it's helped a lot, helps me get through the day whether I'm up and about or sitting. And headaches, I tend to find putting this on the back of my neck helps for that.It being a roll on makes it very easy to apply. Cap is screw on, so easy to take off and seal back up.Very happy with these.

This is my first roll-on which keeps the treatment off the hands. It takes some down-facing rolls to get this started dispensing. It will dispense while holding upright to reach my upper back for a short time, then must roll facing down more to get it working again.The liquid is milky and takes a few minutes to dry before clothes can be put over the skin. It is invisible on exposed skin and does not stain my clothes. It also does not dry or irritate my skin like some pain relievers have.It feels wonderful with both cold and warm together! Icey cold pain relievers do nothing but make me feel shocked and cold. This actually sooths. The sensation lasts for about an hour.The only thing I'm not a fan of is the Canada mint/wintergreen/bismuth scent. Although an added benefit is that it clears my sinuses, it is very strong and announces its presence through an entire room. I can’t wear this out in public!But it’s really helpful for when I’m home, just not around meals. This 2-pk is a good value too.

This is a very nice menthol/capsaicin pain relief roll-on. The scent is as pleasant as you could hope for this type of fragrance and heat/cool product. The heat that accompanies the application comes on over a couple of minutes and is quite nice. As shown in the pictures, each can is a good size and contains plenty of product for many applications. Keep in mind that this is not a lidocaine analgesic type product, but more of the "icy heat" type product.

The product has a pleasant aroma, like wintergreen, and the rollerball applicator felt good on some sore muscles because it made it easier to put pressure in focused spots. There was a slight cooling effect as the product dried, but plain water would do about the same. I didn’t feel any heat or tingling to indicate any “warming” effect from the capsaicin - which was, oddly, listed as one of the inactive ingredients.
