Great home boxing setup! Love how easy it is to assemble. Just need water and air. It comes with a portable pump so inflating was so easy. After adding water to the base, it’s very sturdy. I can easily box for hours and everything stays immobile. What’s even better is the free MMA gloves which is also high quality! Love this purchase!

They need to remove heavy from the product title. I am renting so I didn't want to start hooking a heavy bag up to the ceiling. I figured I would get this instead. It was easy to setup and used water for the base and it stays in place for the most part, moves slightly when using. To get back to my point about "heavy bag," there is no resistance at all. This thing flys all over the place. I do love it for exercising but if you are looking for the feel of a heavy bag, this does not even come close

This punching bag is sturdy, well-made, and perfect for daily training. It absorbs impact well, stays in place, and really helps improve strength and endurance. Great quality and value!

Great for the first 2- 3 weeks but within a month the bottom started to leak. My son noticed water near the base of it and it was a slow leak. Thank goodness we caught it early because it could of left about 5 gallons of water in his room

Its a good punching bag to work on technique, however it is not a heavy bag and shouldn't be marketed as one.

Pretty cool punching bag! Easy to set up and get to punching. Comes with everything you need, pump and gloves. Just add water to the base. My kids both love it ages 4&9. Great for hand and eye coordination. Keeps them active and entertained.
