Total game changer! It's completely changed the texture of my skin. My makeup has never looked better. Easy to clean and adjust. Approaching my mid 30s and I started noticing a few changes to my skin like texture, wrinkles, and drooping in some areas. I started out by using it once a week at .5mm and have worked my way up to 3mm. I would not feel comfortable using it anymore than 1.5mm without my medical training since needles are very long and it reaches the dermis. Hurts at first. The days following my skin feels like glass, and baby soft!!!Plenty of videos on youtube and tiktok on how to use. I clean with alcohol before and after every use and only use on a clean sterile face.

I was very nervous about using a derma stamp. I must say my face has not seemed to absorb products until now. It is easy to use and easy to target the problem areas. My friends have even asked what I have been doing differently because they can see a difference.

This dermastamp device is made by BioNeedle and sold by BIKTIC. It’s a somewhat higher quality dermastamp compared to most others I've seen on Bolo. The needles appear to all be in good shape (uniform, straight, sharp, etc), and the device comes in sterile packaging until opened. The needle length is adjustable from 0.25mm to 2.0mm, which covers just about anything you could need to microneedle. Please be advised, however, that microneedling using anything longer than 0.3mm needles is not recommended unless you're a professional or have been trained by a professional. It's too easy to cause serious damage to your skin using longer needles if you don't know what you're doing. I recommend everyone who wants to start microneedling at home to first read The Concise Guide to Dermal Needling by Dr. Lance Setterfield before attempting it. It's well worth the read! I've deducted one star from this device for not having disposable heads. You can really only use these titanium dermastamp devices a few times before the needles become too compromised and they need to be replaced. I’ve deducted a second star for the adjustable end being too easy to move during use, which is actually really dangerous. I had to put a piece of tape around the end to keep the needle length at my desired setting of ~0.275mm. Before putting the tape in place, I noticed stamping my face was becoming more painful and discovered the adjustable end had migrated to the 0.6mm setting! There are more cost-effective, less wasteful, and safer options out there. I hope you have found my unbiased review and photos of this product helpful.

the product I ordered and received is the bioneedle adjustable microneedling stamp- it appears this listing has changed since I received this product and the product I received looks quite different. I did a little searching and it looks like Bio Needle is a brand name from Dr. Pen, so I'm not sure if this was an issue.I like the size and shape- it's very easy to hold and work with. This one has 120 adjustable needles from .25-2.0. I can't imagine ever using 2.0 at home unless you're microneedling your back or something, but it does have quite a range.It is packaged in a sterile-type sealed package (I say sterile-type because it does not specifically state that it is sterile). It is a stamp- not a roller. There's a big difference.It does not have a full storage case like some others, but it does have a sturdy cap for the needles.I started by soaking it in a fresh cup of 91% isopropyl alcohol with the needles fully extended. I did note- the alcohol stays in the stamp area and I could not get it all out- this can be an issue if it drips while you're stamping- OUCH!.While soaking, I did my prep work to cleanse my face, I then attempted to shake out as much of the alcohol as possible. I'm trying to figure this one out because that really is an issue if alcohol drips on my face while stamping.I set the needle just below the .6 setting since there is no mark for .5. I have pretty thick skin and the needles are very fine, so I felt comfortable with this.I went through the stamping process- no issues. I do no use numbing cream- it's really not necessary for my skin with this needle setting. The only spot that was a little tender was the upper lip.The setting appears to be a good one for me to start- I could definitely see where I had stamped, but there was really no bleeding. It was comfortable, yet I could still feel it.After I finished, I gently rinsed and applied a gentle calming collagen serum that my skin is familiar with.The redness afterward was completely appropriate and what it should be. It was already noticeably reduced within an hour.Overall, I'm very happy with the product I received and the results, but I am concerned that the listing has changed from the actual product I am reviewing.
