We keep the ramp in the back of mini van so that it's with us when needed, especially visiting friends and family with a step or two at the front door. It folds easily and is light enough to carry without any problems.

This is a well-made, sturdy, and somewhat portable ramp with the ability to fold it up and easily place it in a vehicle or elsewhere for transportation and/or storage. It works well with a wheelchair, but also with anything on wheels, like a dolly for moving parcels or furniture, and it should hold up well. It's also useful for older pets! I have no idea what the safety pins are for and do not use them as a result, so I wish some instructions were available detailing how to make use of the feature.

So thankful to find this lightweight portable ramp! My MIL suffers from ALS and has stoop stairs out the front and back doors. She recently reqired a wheelchair and getting her in and out was daunting. So thankful to find this lightweight movable, foldable ramp! We also saved so much money because having 2 ramps built for both doorways was quadruple the purchase price on this ramp.

The folding design of this ramp is really convenient, and it does not take up space in the car after folding. Material is very strong and has a strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for all kinds of wheelchair. The non-slip surface increases safety, both the elderly and children can use it with confidence. With this ramp, going out becomes smoother, it is worth having!

These are good way to solve the problem of getting a wheel chair, walker, electric scooter, or just about any other wheeled device over a doorway threshold.They are a very lightweight but sturdy aluminum. Rated at 800lb, so should be strong enough for most people and situations.The ramps are only 3 feel long so obviously intended for a shorter span need. They also fit well in a doorway with enough room for a chair but also don't take up the entire opening.They fold right up and have a handle on the side for easy transfer and portability. They can be left in place or just used for grab and go situations where you are trying to get over a threshold without needing to use force..The ramp sections are covered in a real nice anti-slip, all the way from side to side. I like that it's not just a strip, but fully covered.Each side has a lip that extends up to help from running off the edge, while the middle portion is clear. So the whole width is open if you needed to roll something over it that is low to the ground. I've used this to get my generator over door lip obstacles.There are 2 attached pins, which I suspected were to keep them in place when folded. This doesn't work so well so maybe I'm wrong. That would be my one complaint but still a nice product for the intended use.No real assembly required. Just place them at the location of the threshold you need to wheel over and viola!Price seems to be reasonable and in line with other similar solutions.

The WEIGHT is pretty manageable although that handle isn't the most comfortable so I'd say if for some reason you were carrying this long distance maybe bring a rag to wrap around it.The FOLDING is smooth and simple and doesn't bang around when carried.I don't believe the SAFETY PINS are meant to lock the ramp when its folded because the holes are drilled so large they fall out and when the case is folded. Plus when held at the handle it doesn't come unfolded anyways because the hinges don't swing that way. So I'm not really sure what the purpose of these things is.The ANTI SLIP SURFACE on the topside has a real coarse grit to it that I feel will function at reasonable angles of placement.There is also some ANTI SLIP on the underside of the forward tongue but not at the rear which seems like a bit of an oversight. But I like this ramp enough that I'm going to invest a few more bucks in some grip tape for that rear tongue just to maximize the safety. As far as how it holds I got this for access to an outdoor carpeted area and it seems like a pretty favorable surface to hold to.
