I was happy to see they added the citrate, as they each perform different functions. These are moderately small, easy to swallow, made from clean ingredients, and effective. I started taking 1 daily for three days, then 2, and was up to three within 10 days. I never recommend blasting your system with something new at full strength. Everybody is different. I take the citrate in the a.m. and the glycinate in the p.m. to help sleep.

Pro's if you are having difficulty with you're hormones as a young lady or older look know farther stop here these are really good I have seen them work for me, more ways then one, so don't hesitate to grab a personal bottle for you, make sure to consult with your doctor I'm sure they will agree 100% trust me they really work, l hope that you enjoy your purchase just as much as I do mines, ln by the way I'm on my 2nd pack there's no con's to be report 👍

I like the 3 blend of unique and very effective types of magnesium. I think for myself I need more than 400mg a day and you may too. I also like the no filler present .

Love this chelated mineral version with Glycinate, Malate and Taurate are in one capsule. We have been getting magnesium Glycinate and Malate separately and rotating them. Now, with this tiple magnesium it is much easier, just take 3 capsules for our 400mg daily one serving.100 servings per bottle. with the quality ingredients without any additives as well as independently tested is amazing, All this for such a low price is fantastic.Only negatives are:1 Amounts of each type of magnesium is not provided. Like to assume that all three Glycinate, Malate and Taurate are equally included but this may not be true. I would prefer to know the ratio of each type.2 Wish the capsules were vegetarian instead of gelatin based.
