Most comfortable for people that get neck pain during the shampoo. I do seem to wet the floor when I use it , so I only use for a couple of clients.

I’ve previously purchased this item and what I received yesterday was lower quality. I was noticing my current neck rest shifting around a bit, so I wanted to purchase a new one to see if it clung to the shape of the shampoo bowl better. Unfortunately it was worse!You can see the image with two neck rests - the bottom is the newer one. The stitching is odd and the cushion is not the same! :(

I was excited for this. It was the Bolo overall pick. It did not fit in my shampoo bowl at all. The block was worthless. I had 3 different people sit at my bowl to see & it made zero difference. The block just hangs low. Total waste. It actually was just in my way when shampooing.

This product does not stay on the sink bowl securely it falls off when a client moves their neck not a good product

It's comfortable but...
Water gets in between the neck rest and the wash basin, so clients get soaked. There's no instructions on how to attach this to the wash basin permanently to avoid this problem.

Not helpful at all
The cushion is soft, but this does not protect at all against neck pain: it is so soft that the neck soon reaches the hard plastic frame below.
