The bench itself does not take too long to put together and once it is, it works really well. It is also super easy to move around when needed because they included a strap right between the back and the seat which allows me to easily pick it up and move it around. Adjustments are also so easy that even my younger kids can do it with ease.

I have limited space, in my small apartment, so I need something like this, where I can do non-weight exercises, and those that I can use dumbbells with, without having a "traditional" barbell rack. This bench is portable, easy to store, VERY tough, sturdy, and well made. It also has great padding, to cushion parts, like my back, to prevent further injury to it.The base is also very stable, and the moving parts worked smoothly, without sticking/jamming before I used my very good lubricant on them.

Very nice bench. Easy to put together. Very stable and nice looking. Functions perfectly once I set it up with no complaints at all. Very good materials and can easily move it around the gym. Good price point and holds up to my heavy workouts well. Width is good too since I’m a large person

I like that this folds in half so I can tuck it away in the corner when I'm not using it. I work out 3 times a week with weights - but nothing super heavy - and am happy with the quality and durability of this so far.
