With the exception of this being I a plastic bottle, it's an excellent product. I searched for glass bottle and this came up. No where does it say the bottle is plastic. I should have confirmed.

This oil is flavorless and does not have any color or scent, which means I can add it to meals and drinks without ruining the taste. I usually add it to my workout smoothies because it can sometimes give a nice bump in energy. MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides. Triglycerides are chains of fatty acids that the body can use for energy or storage. The medium chain triglycerides are important compared to long chain triglycerides because their chains are shorter, which makes them easy to break down. The easier something is to break down, the higher the bioavailability and the faster it is absorbed in the body.I do experience much higher energy after use, but I have not tried it by itself so I cannot completely credit this oil by its lonesome. Calories are a big factor when using this (1 TBSP = 130 calories!). One pump of this oil is approximately one half of a tablespoon, which means 1 pump is around 65 calories. Definitely consider how many pumps you use when you try this!

We use MCT oil in our coffee and this seems to be a good one. Easy to use, odorless, tasteless, blends right in. I like that we can use a pump, which saves having to open and close the bottle all the time. It also makes it easy to get a consistent dose.

This MCT oil is fine. No color, no smell and no taste. I added 1/2 teaspoon to my coffee. It mixed in completely. If you have a need for this product and want a large quantity, this is a good selection.The 32 oz container necessitates using a pump to extract the product. This is separately provided. Open the bottle, remove the seal, screw on the pump, and release the pump to begin using it. Unfortunately, my pump was defective and could not be released. Therefore, the only way to remove product is to pour it out, and it isn't easy pouring out 1/2 teaspoon (equivalent to one pump) from a 32 oz container. For that reason, I am disappointed.

This is fine MCT oil, organic, derived from coconuts. Unlike some coconut oil – and we like to use that for cooking since it can take the heat – it does not taste like coconut. In fact, it has virtually no taste or smell at all. It is thin and clear.We consider this a health-food product and use it in food and drinks in a variety of ways. One of our favorite uses is in our home-made salad dressings. We like to combine it with organic apple cider vinegar, a spoonful of mustard, salt and pepper, and herbs from the garden.This comes capped, but they supply a pump as well. Problem with mine: could not get the pump to emerge up from the cap. Solved that finally by taking a pair of pliers and used those to grip the inner part of the pump just under the cap while I twisted the upper part until it popped up. (I say that just in case you get a similarly jammed one).Great product, good price.

This MCT oil mixed well with my meal shake. I wanted something that adds a little extra filling so I don't crave move than I need. This works great for weight management. They give you a good a mount and it comes with a pump to properly measure portions. Unfortunately, the pump did not work as it was stuck, but they one pump is approximately 0.5 tsps. I don't plan on using more than one pump per serving as the MCT oil with something that already does most of the job.
