I bought these (Zero Sugar) tablets instead of the brand's SPORT hydration tablets because they are sugar-free and they came in Orange & Lemon flavors. SPORT has a citrus flavor that's OK, but I like orange better.In terms of ingredients, both types contain bicarbonates (sodium & potassium) which I suspected caused me to burp while working out - maybe more due to my guzzling the water.I've tried a few other brands than NUNN and they were either overpoweringly flavored or just tasted bad. I've also tried pre-mixed electrolyte drinks (Gatorade - bleech, awful)I will continue to purchase both the SPORT & Zero Sugar as they are easy to use, tasty enough, mid-priced compared to other brands.

Heading says “MIXED” but it’s not flavor, it’s type. So you get hydration packs with dehydrating caffeine, zero sugar, 4 different types of Nuun products.Inaccurate heading description. Unless you waste your life looking at every image to find out, you’ll likely miss that info like I did and can’t exchange it.

I have enjoyed the nuun tablets through all of my pregnancies. It makes such a difference.I have tried other electrolyte powders and nuun seems to work best for me. This sugar free option tastes fine and works as well as the old option.As long as a flavor isn’t distasteful, I don’t care about flavor, for me that isn’t the point. I put one tablet in half a gallon of water once or twice a day. It helps me feel much clearer mentally and avoid headaches or muscle cramps. For me that’s the point rather than taste.I think trying a couple electrolyte brands is probably a good idea, to see what works best. I have recommended this product to a couple friends and would continue to do so. It is a great product to try.

These are great but had to discontinue because stevia causing flare ups ( gastric) other than that they are awesome. My son works in the hot son and drinks these. I think they are the best of all I tried. The track team uses them too so I would choose these again if had monk fruit.
