GREAT ingredients in these gummies! the ingredients are definitely 10/10 RECOMMENDED FOR HAIR GROW. not only does it have biotin for hair GROWTH, but it also has Saw Palmetto for hair LOSS. both combined should be very strong for HAIR! however, saw palmetto has anti-androgenic affects which slows or lowers the making of testosterone and/or DHT (too much of it can cause hair growth in unwanted areas (face on women) or hair loss on wanted areas (head for both men & women). but THIS GUMMY VITAMIN SEEMS TO HAVE JUUUSSTTT THE RIGHT AMOUNT!!! it also has stinging nettle in it which can be a hormonal balance and great for PCOS and acne!!. as we all know, taking vitamins & minerals should be consulted with a doctor bc they can affect our hormones and medications (as can anything we ingest, including food!) overall, I recommend Venture Pal gummies if you are looking for excellent hair growth!!

I've been taking these for a week and baby am so happy with the process. They taste so good am supposed to take 2 a day but I take 4 cause they taste so good🤭 i started taking them because my hair start falling out i have no edges,and even though its still early I've started notice the reduction in the hair shedding, and my nails are growing faster and thicker without breaking.The combination of biotin collagen, keratin and vitamin B makes it feel like a complete beauty supplement. I also like that they are sugar free and non-GMO, and they smell good easy to take and deliver results ot feel more complete compared to other formulas. I definitely recommend

Oh my goodness, these are so sweet and good for your hair and nails too. I am almost out of the first bottle I purchased. I will have to buy another already. I have noticed that may nails took off! I saw a huge difference within 2 weeks. Im still checking about my hair. I'll let you all know later.

Only giving 4 stars because they are very hard to get out of bottle they all stick together and it is a narrow opening hard to get 2 fingers in it. As for howthey work to soon to tell on been taking them 3 weeks, but taste is good, probably but again.

Excellent delivery, super fast, arrived on the day they were supposed to deliver.The gummies taste great, nothing extra sweet, raspberry flavor, soft, and a good size, completely sealed packaging, zero sugar, they have vitamins A, B, C, D, zinc, among other things, that really helped my hair grow and make my nails stronger. I used to suffer from very weak nails, but these gummies really work.Remember to chew 2 gummies a day.Consistency will give results.

I’ve been taking these for about a month and I have had people commenting on my skin “glowing” and I do see less fall out from my hair in my brush. They taste great and have no bad vitamin aftertaste. And I have been feeling great from the vit B and supplements that my body needed!!

The media could not be loaded. They taste fine. The ingredients don't include porcine which is gelatine derived from pork. I have noticed clearer skin and faster nail growth. Also noticed more baby hairs around my forehead and fuller hair. You have to stick to this for several months if you want growth and improvement from within your body. Minus 2 stars because the gummies glob up and you have to break apart each gummy half way thru use. Makes me want to throw the bottle away. Gummies are kept in dark cool cabinet so it wasn't the environment making this happen.

These gummies taste great and have all that I need to keep vitamins going towards my hair and nails. Anytime I take Biotin, it makes my nails grow like crazy and keeps them from breaking. I love vitamins in gummy form. Not only do they taste good, I actually feel like I get them in my system verses those large tablets that we never know if they truly absorb or not.
