The Grill is a fantastic addition to our kitchen for family gatherings and small parties. The 2-in-1 design works great as both a Korean BBQ grill and a griddle, with nonstick surfaces that are easy to clean. It heats up quickly and evenly, and the adjustable temperature control is very responsive. The 8 individual warming trays are perfect for personalized portions, making group dining fun and interactive. Solid build, user-friendly, and perfect for indoor entertaining.

The top heating element didn't work. Very disappointed. Family all gathered to use and have some fun, but had to change my whole plain on dinner.

Extremely satisfied! I've only used it a few times, but I've grilled a lot of barbecue foods. Highly recommended! It heats up in just a few minutes, cooks very quickly, and is extremely lightweight. No complaints whatsoever; it's incredibly cost-effective.

I had fun cooking on the Raclette Grill it was easy to use. I felt like a chef for about 30 minutes. The grill comes ready to use no assembly necessary. It takes a few minutes to heat up and then it is ready. The grill was easy to clean .
