I’ve been using the AirFit F20 for a while and recently purchased this replacement mask cushion set (Small) — and overall, I’m very pleased! The small cushion fits my face perfectly, especially around the nose and mouth, creating a secure and comfortable seal without any air leaks. For anyone with a smaller facial structure, this is a great option that actually works as intended.One thing I was pleasantly surprised by is that the replacement set includes the frame and clips, which is a big bonus I wasn’t expecting. The frame is sturdy and feels just like the original, making the mask feel brand new again.However, just a heads-up: the headgear is not included, even though the product title might make you think it is. I had to order that part separately, which was a bit inconvenient. That’s the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5.Still, if you need a reliable replacement cushion and frame for your AirFit F20 and have a smaller face, this set delivers excellent quality and fit. Just make sure you pick up the headgear separately if you need the full setup.

Item is as described.You get 3 separately packaged pieces in a box: headgear strap, face cushion, and the frame.As noted, does not include the nose swivel piece or hose. These are 3 of the major pieces you wouldneed to replace/update during your CPAP usage.I was first fitted with a size small mask when I first got my CPAP and purchased from a DME location.In one of my purchases to replace cushions, I tried a Medium, and ever since, the larger size just feels more comfortable. Obviously, my face did not get bigger. No one has instructed me, but when I put my cushion on, I press down to have the edges almost roll up into the mask, where before I think I was wearing my cushion wrong for years. Perhaps due to the bigger size I have more flexible plastic to press down, but I get a better seal.Over time, I have added to wearing a hair cap, tried many versions, styles and sizes. I'm now liking a basic skull cap typically worn by men, but I can get my hair all tucked up into the cap. Without the cap I would wind my hair into huge and nasty knots that would result in having to cut the knots out. After cutting the 3rd hunk of hair out, I learned to wear a cap under my headgear.I have found that I don't truly need to replace the headgear, that doesn't wear out, but I have broken two of the magnetic straps in the middle of the night. As a side sleeper I must put too much pressure on the magnetic catch and snap it. I wake up with my mask leaking air, and scramble to find a replacement magnetic catch. So having this full headgear set will enable me to just move my swivel piece and switch full masks and then fix my magnet in the am.this meets my needs as having a back up

Pros- The strap fits perfectly and the magnets function as expected- The Inner plastic mask is comfortable (See more below)- Work with a ResMed Machine as expected- Good replacement for an AirfIt20 in case you lost it or it brokeCons- Poor value, there are some large issues with the device- The Upper Mask comes off easily, and sometimes when turning in bed. IT's a bit annoying- The Silicone of the inner mask is not very comfortable when used for a long time, and I have had some minor issues with air leakage- Missing the Elbow connector. Really, the last piece to truly make this a "replacement kit", so I did not understand the choice of doing it

Every component of this kit seamlessly integrated with with F20 pieces I was already using. The build quality is great and everything fit perfectly and feels strong. Totally functional and works as well as the name brand stuff, at a much lower cost.Overall though, while this is a great option to replace any parts you may need to, it's a sidegrade at best and possibly a small downgrade in places. I think value wise it's good though, and worth slight decreases in quality compared to the name brand. There is nothing critically wrong with any of the pieces, but if you compare them side by side it might not feel quite as premium.
5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and functional replacement for the OEM Airfit F20
This is a well-made, fully-functional and comfortable replacement for the OEM mask that came with my CPAP machine. Sizing is accurate to the "Large" size advertised, which is something I appreciate because with some masks that sizing is hit-or-miss. The magnetic headgear clips are easy to use and hold together well as you turn or sit up in bed. OEM face cushions will fit nicely into this mask if you need them. The unit seals well and is quiet - without significant air leakage during use. I also noticed that it fits comfortably without needing to overtighten the straps, resulting in fewer and softer marks on your face after use. The only real missing piece - as with most all F20 replacements - is the elbow connector to go from your tubing to your mask. This is a part that doesn't normally wear badly, so you can probably just use the one on your existing F20.Overall, an excellent replacement for the OEM mask that is reasonably priced and comfortable. I fully recommend it.

Works well as an F20 replacement, but know what's not included

It comes packed in three separate labeled bags (photo), which was a nice touch. The materials feel premium, not cheap or flimsy. Straps are solid and the mask holds its shape.One thing that needs to be crystal clear: this set does not include the elbow piece. You have to use the elbow from your old mask. If you don’t have one, this won’t work. That’s a pretty important part, so I’m calling that out upfront.It also says on the box to read the instructions (photo), but there’s no manual inside. That knocked off half a star for me. Not everyone knows how to assemble these without some guidance.The cushion had a bit of a smell when I opened the bag, but I left it outside for a few hours and that cleared it up. UV and fresh air seem to take care of that. I did a quick seal check by putting it on and blocking the front. It created a vacuum, which means the fit is solid.If anything changes with comfort, air leaks, or wear and tear, I’ll update the review. But for now, it’s a strong 4.5 out of 5.
Good replacement for a the AirFit F20, comfortable and reliable!
This is a decent replacement mask and headgear for the Airfit F20. It includes everything EXCEPT the elbow and the hose. It would have been nice to have the elbow included as it would make it a complete replacement set. It works as it’s supposed to, is comfortable and fits well on my face so I’m happy with it! It’s important to make sure the size is comparable with the wearer.
Decent Dupe!
This is a pretty good dupe for the official ResMed mask. True to fit of the medium sized masks I am use to! It mentioned following a manual on the box but there wasn't even a business card inside. If you know the product then you probably won't need any instructions on how to set it up. Do note that the piece that fits onto the tube and clicks onto the mask isn't include in this kit but otherwise, you can do an almost complete swap over! The little joint is easy enough to clean and preserve for the swap over but if you need it, this isn't the right kit.
Pretty much a 1:1 with the original masks
This is a great replacement mask for my CPAP machine. The quality of the materials for the mask were very similar or directly equivalent to the one I originally purchased from ResMed directly while being significantly less expensive. The medium size is also true to the original masks. Similar to those name brand masks, these fit well and have a good seal, the straps are comfortable and also have a high level of adjustability.The mask was easy to assemble. However, those who use a nasal pillow type mask will require a slightly larger connecter to the CPAP hose given that this is a full face mask (nose and mouth).
Almost complete Airfit F20 CPAP mask
This JoyHi Replacement Mask set contains the Medium mask frame with soft cushion, headgear with Velcro straps, and magnetic clips. It fits just like the original frame set and the only thing you need is the elbow and hose to connect to the machine.The F20 is a comfortable CPAP mask with a good seal and allows me to sleep on my back and sides with no leaking issues.This is a quality replacement mask/frame set that costs about half of the original from AirFit.
