This product was fab. I would add this with my pre workout , it dissolved easy and it was super easy to get the intake everyday. My skin never looked better as well. Might try and do a before and after 🤗 Helped boost my energy and really focus on my strength !

I loved this stuff , I really felt like it gave me energy to want to get up and move. Unfortunately, I broke out in a rash and I could not figure out for four weeks what it was from and then I stopped taking this and it went away, so I must be allergic to creatine or whatever’s in it but if other people can take it I really thought it was a great product

This is my first time using Creatine, and I can definitely notice a difference. Energy levels are up and my focus on things are so much better. Tastes pretty good and dissolves pretty easy in a shaker bottle.

My daughter uses this creatine and per her, the taste is terrible. She has the raspberry lemon flavor and says that the artificial sweetness is too much to take. She often complains that it leaves her bloated and nauseous as well.Personally, I don’t know what the advantage is to this creatine vs others when it comes to women. It’s certainly marketed to be “better” for women but the ingredients are just monohydrate creatine, like all the others.

I loved this stuff , I really felt like it gave me energy to want to get up and move. Unfortunately, I broke out in a rash and I could not figure out for four weeks what it was from and then I stopped taking this and it went away, so I must be allergic to creatine or whatever’s in it but if other people can take it I really thought it was a great product
