During the Chicago winters I don't use much powder (52 year old, very dry, post menopausal skin) apart from an afternoon touch up on my nose. In every other month my skin goes full combination (yet remains dry, with all sorts of challenges). I do use powder to set my BB cream, and I've tried so many. This is a really exceptional powder. While I think the sort of Sputnik 60s retro/futuristic compact is almost too much, it's cute, and would look cute on a vanity, if that's your thing. I don't really care about the look of it. The silicone "mesh" inside the compact is pretty slick; the included powder puff is as soft as a kitten's fuzz, and again, secondary to the product itself, though quite nice. The powder is very, very finely milled, and whether applied with the puff, a mini triangle or a brush, only a tiny bit is needed to set your look or to touch up, and it vanishes into the skin. It absorbs excess oils and leaves my skin feeling like actual silk. It lasts for what seems like forever (I went to the gym and did a lot of cooking and other active stuff on a hot day, and I wasn't shiny when I got home, neither did my skin look flat or one-dimensional).Because so little powder is required to buff my skin I expect it to last for months and months; it's not irritating or drying, and I can't believe that I could love a powder at this age, but I do. It also gives that desired airbrushed effect; I feel like I'm walking around in good lighting. Just a really delightful and pleasant product that does what it claims to do, and very well. I recommend it highly.

I’m not sure why having skin that looks like you haven’t washed your face in a while seems to be popular these days. I understand wanting to glow. I don’t understand wanting to SHINE.This powder eliminates that SHINE that makes you look like you haven’t washed all day. Or maybe you have washed, but you just have oily skin, like I do.This powder is wonderful! All you need is a small amount applied after your moisturizer and you immediately have a beautiful, matte, shine-free face! I love it. They really great thing is that you don’t need to worry about matching this powder to your skin tone. If you are concerned about white cast, I’m not sure that this is the powder for you since it is white, but i feel like you use so little of it that it shouldn’t be an issue.This powder is lightweight, does what it says it will do quite well. I also love the container! I have nothing bad to say about this product. Lives up to the hype and I’m so glad that i got it when it was back in stock.

I am a sweaty person, but I also love wearing makeup regardless of the weather. While holidaying in Southeast Asia at the start of wet season, I faced temperatures between 35 and 40 degrees celsius (95-104 degrees Fahrenheit) with high humidity. After finishing my base makeup, I applied this powder all over. I did not use a setting spray because most break me out. Luckily, no setting spray was necessary while using this setting powder! It kept my foundation and cream blush from separating or becoming patchy, and also kept me from being too shiny. I reapplied a couple times per day. This is magical and I will definitely be using regularly during the summers in North America too!

The powder itself is great, keeps my makeup in place and matte all day, but the application can be improved. The puff is a very soft puff, I love that, but the issue I have is when I put the powder on my face you can see little dots all over and I realized it was from the holes on the top part of the silicone mesh. I would recommend using a brush to apply this powder, and a little goes a long way!

I love the packaging it’s sooo beautiful and minimalistic which is great but …. I gave it 3 stars because the powder puff doesn’t match the aesthetic of the outside , and there is no refill options for the powder inside ??? I’m not gonna buy the same compact mirror several times ? What the heck Laneige ? Fix this immediately!! There’s a Clear indication that product inside can be refillable but I don’t see where you can purchase the refills for this product. It’s a really strange.

To preface, my skin type is oily. Throughout the day, my forehead, cheek, and chin all become very oily, and I've been trying to find a powder to mediate that. I've gone through packs and packs of blotting sheets and just had enough. I saw a few influencers promote this and bought it on whim, but I'm SO GLAD I did. I've tried other powders before, and they've all washed me out (made my skin so much whiter) and had horrible flashback. This power is my new HOLY GRAIL. The powder is so fine and when I dab it onto my skin, it legit just smooths my skin out. It looks like I put a filter on-- my pores are gone. But the best part? My skin DID NOT GET OILY even after just ONE APPLICATION in the morning. I worked a 10 hour shift running around and when I got home at night, I patted my face and it was still dry! Absolutely insanity. TI will be reordering the refill whenever I run out-- this is my new favorite product.

YOOOO this stuff is AMAZING! I have super oily skin and after about 20 mins my foundation/bb cream is melting off of my face. NOT WITH THIS STUFF! Holy crap my face feels smooth and not greasy at all. It doesn't cake up my makeup or separate it either. It is literally the perfect product for summer, humidity and oily skin. 10/10 recommend forever and ever.

Magic in a little case. Perfect for the "No Makeup, Makeup" look. Takes away the high watt shine without dulling the glow. I love that it is a loose powder, but it has a cool little membrane that only lets a bit of powder out at a time so it's not messy at all. Doesn't settle into fine lines or make my pores or texture more prominent. I use this over a glow serum, tinted mineral sunscreen and blush. fill in my brows and throw this on and BAM! 3 minutes and I look fantastic!

The media could not be loaded. Really love how this powder blurs my skin and sets my makeup without looking heavy. It gives a soft, smooth finish and helps with shine throughout the day. The compact is super cute and easy to carry around.Only knocking off one star because it’s too white when you put it on. Wish there were shade options, but overall, it works really well and feels great on my face!
